Great service. Friendly and informative

We were "sold" Wilford Smith as a solicitor who would be responsive and available, but the reality was far from it. The admin who communicated with us did not understand the material and we frequently had to repeat ourselves and chase answers. Down the line, when it came to completing, responses were delayed and unhelpful. Unfortunately our dealings with Wilford Smith were one of the most stressful elements of our move.

We felt that this was done in quite a piecemeal fashion when we could have been given a precise list if information required so that we didnt keep going backwards and forwards.
