When I pay for stakes on my card in store, money goes out immediately. But when, I win and pay back to same card, it takes 3 to 5 days.
Other businesses like Ladbrokes, it’s immediately credited.
Why not operate like a 21st century business.

I've used William Hill for years no problems whatsoever
I lost my debit card a few weeks ago and now i can't withdraw my winnings. Unless they resolve double quick never going to place a bet there again. Pathetic.

Opened a account by depositing £5 years ago..ok account created..then too put a bet on..need verification. I'm 61 with no photo id.impossible too verify so stole my money.contacting them regarding this gets me nowhere at call.

Here wee go again tried it again £272 in and guess what £2.60 bonus if it wasn't so serious it would be funny with the amount of had reviews on here you'd surely think the gambling commission would look into it but clearly they won't I'm going to email them to see if they can get this site investigated for fraud as that's what their doing! If someone is reading this stay as far away as possible from these fraudsters I hope they go bust they deserve nothing but bad luck.

I've been an account holder for 5 years and have to say that recently, their promotions are utter garbage. Where other sites reward you with umpteen free bets throughout the year, free spins and rewards for betting x amount each week, Hill's give you a coin drop in which, for the last 2 weeks, all I've won is a patehetic 10p scratch card. No wonder they're way behind the likes of SkyBet & PaddyPower.

Awful trying to get a withdrawal

I have been using william hill high street shops for many years. I decided to try out online. Well what a disaster. I wish I'd come on here and read the reviews before I deposited money.
Won some money, just under 300 but now I have tried to withdraw they are being impossible.
They want id, what has been sent now my account temporarily closed with they do a 'brief' review.
The live chat is horrendous, I was on for hours yesterday.
Bear in mind I made deposits up to yesterday without any identification but now I want to withdraw it is a completely different story.
Shocking.
This has put me off using online betting ever again.
Shocking behaviour and customer service william hill.
I am a pensioner and withholding my winnings is unacceptable.
It's not like I am rich, I just want the money back.

Absolute scam , I tried to withdraw money from this corrupt on line site , wouldn’t let me as my card couldn’t be changed, customer service is non existent you can’t talk to anyone, only message, first of all you get a bot which gives you no option to explain what the problems are , I asked for a human to respond which took weeks, and turned out to be beyond uselessness an absolute moronic cretinous INDIVIDUAL, so I closed the account as with them keeping what I had won DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN MY OPINION THEY ARE VILE SCAMMERS NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN

I don't even know why I still play on this site. The biggest win I've had is £40 from playing on this site for about 4 months. It never ever pays out unless your bet is the lowest amount possible. 10000% not feeding this POS casino anymore. I'll stick to 32red thanks.

Still waiting on the payout from Grand National,I haven't been asked to verify my account but I've sent on details,they don't want to pay out but quick enough to take if I top up,stay well clear as it's not the way to hassle your customers.

Horrendous customer support. It took over an hour to try and resolve a non-payment of winnings from Aintree - still not resolved.

What happened to me is the most absurd thing I've ever seen. Following my request to withdraw money via bank transfer, they asked me for additional information about my bank account. I provided what was requested, but they still decided to classify the document as fake. The document was downloaded from the bank's website with letterhead and signature. The bank doesn't provide any additional documents. I've contacted the chat service several times, and they've been rude and incompetent. I've had my lawyer contact me, but stay away from that site.

Won £74 online but couldn't withdraw. They told me that there was no valid withdrawal method on my account WTF!!! Load of nonsense. After many attempts of live chats & emails l told them l suffer with bad anxiety. They then all of a sudden gave me a way to get my winnings. It took me 4 weeks to be paid out This was a terrible experience. DO NOT be with them online, many other people have had similar experiences

Would give a zero stars if I could. Same issue faced as many others. Had account with them for few years. Only palace bet on Grand national or Cheltenham. No issues with making deposit for bets. However, can't withdraw my money without sending all kinds of Ids. Emailed Id yesterday, still no change. Get through to someone other than bot mission impossible. Most laughable thing is, I only deposited £30 and my winnings are £52. Not some crazy amount....

Self excluded myself from this site. Not good like it used to be dont get much of bonuses anymore which use to make the games oviousley more excitimg and never pays out on 20.00 then they takes additional amount of you when you nearly finished the game. Games are all the same too

Very disappointed by their customer service and support. It is hard to speak to a real person and their bot’s do not make any sense. Despite stating that they refund non running horses, they failed to refund my stake for a horse that was withdrawn before the Grand National.
