I had a great experience with William from start to finish.

I found William online while looking for a jeweller, as I had a family heirloom ring that I wanted to repurpose.

He made what could have been a stressful process really fun. He offered great advice throughout and never made me feel like I was being pushed in a particular direction.

He's really knowledgeable, friendly and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does.

I'm really happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend William to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring or get something bespoke made.

I cannot recommend William enough! I had a vague idea of what I wanted but also had a family heirloom diamond which I ideally wanted to incorporate. William listened to all my concerns and helped me design something which is truly beautiful. My ring has turned out even better than I imagined, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
