Outstanding service and first class product
Following an issue with the sash windows installed by our builder into our new kitchen extension, we have replaced them with windows made by William Richards. We have been impressed throughout with the knowledge, care and attention to detail shown by Robin, and also the two fitters Mark and Russell. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of our new windows and would not hesitate to use this small family firm again. I might also add that whilst our windows should have been fitted during the lockdown, we were kept informed and up to date throughout, and were impressed with the speed in which they were able to complete our work once safe to do so.

Great workmanship
Just had 8 enormous Victorian sash windows replicated in Slim line double glazing by William Richards. Had 5 companies in (visiting 3 of their workshops) to discuss options & quote. Chose this small family business and so glad I did in every respect. Advice, Craftsmanship, workmanship, cost & dedication were faultless. When we had a hitch with locks it was sorted with good sense & best haste. So impressed on such a big job.

Just the job!
Just had 2 bedroom sash windows refurbished and painted by 3 hard working chaps who have made a first class job. Secondary double glazing had to be taken out and replaced and it was all done in 2 days with everywhere hoovered and rooms left spotless. I'm hoping I don't have to have any other windows done but will have no hesitation to go back to William Richards if the need arises!

Excellent company
We had Robin and his team around to fix two sash windows, which were in very poor condition. They were incredibly professional, clean and tidy and polite, as well as doing a great job on the repairs, can't fault them. We will definitely be using them again.
