Absolute fantastic stuff!! Was abit skeptical to use it to start with but have been using willpowders collagen for 2 months (ready for my 2nd order) and have definately noticed results the last couple weeks, nails growing lovely, hair feels thicker (even believe my eyebrows are growing back since using this!) Feel like I have more energy day to day and despite having fibromyalgia don't feel as tired which is an added bonus. Skin also feels plumper with a nice healthy glow that I haven't had for a long time which also is helping make my make up look nicer. Would be lost without this now!! 🫶

A good experience overall
I like the taste of their chocolate keto protein powder, the amount of protein and the low calories.
The order was dispatched quickly but it seemed that Royal Mail made a mistake at delivery. I contacted WillPowders and they resent another package, which I received after a few days. Great customer service. Thank you.

Be alert about this website.
Absolute take on it: it's a subscription site and it's ripping people off. I made a one-off payment for their product. The product was useless. Next thing I know, without my consent, they've taken further money from my bank account. I consider this a scam. I have a screen shot of my account with you showing no subscription running so why would you are for more money 🤔 8

collegen powder
I order the collegen powder regularly and use it every day. I have noticed a great improvement withe the strength and condition of my hair and nails. They are finally growing and not splitting.
My hair grows quickly and I'm losing less.

Excellent customer service
I have been using Willpowders collagen and Electrotide for a while now and I love it. This month for the first time, since I started my subscription there was an issue with my monthly order. Customer services sorted the issue quickly, sent a replacement and threw in a few samples of the protein powder. I would highly recommend.

Until a year ago I was very sceptical…
Until a year ago I was very sceptical about wellness products and potions but after starting on mounjaro and reading so much about collegen I decided to give these guys a go. I'd seen Davinias videos on Instagram and found someone that finally explains things in a factual but straight-talking way us normies can understand! In the last year I've used the collagen every day and can definitely see results. I've gradually used other products too- mct oil, G-help, electrolytes, rise & shine recovery and calms. I can honestly say they ALL do exactly what they say on the tin. Aside from the products all being great, I've found their customer service team to be amazing too. I've had a couple of issues with deliveries, both due to royal mail not Willpowders. However, when I've reported the issues to WP, they have responded quickly, been super-friendly and have sent replacement products without issue. I highly recommend giving their products a try, they've done wonders for me!

Very disappointing
After reading many positive reviews I ordered the watermelon electrolytes. Unfortunately the taste literally made me gag so I asked for a refund. I received a perfunctory reply saying they couldn't because it's classified as a food item.
Whilst I sort of understand this, I am now approx. £40 out of pocket.
My criticism is that there is no opportunity to try a sample before such a large outlay, nor is there a mixed flavour box where I may have found more palatable flavours.
Also, in order to keep a potentially future returning customer, nothing else was offered as a solution, just a short email saying tough!

Unfortunately, this is a policy in place that the customer service team have to follow to make it fair for each customer. We do offer a few products which give you the opportunity to sample products. Our stash tin is a great starting point as there are a few different sachet in here for you to try. We also have sample packs on our TikTok shop.

Fantastic customer service!
I had a small problem with one of my sachets of Elctrolide not having any product in.
I let them know more just incase more people had had the same problem and it was an issue at the factory. They replied so quickly to my emails and are very kindly sending me some extra sachets. I feel this company goes above and beyond in their customer service and of course love the quality of the products too.
