We found Will’s Vegan Store when searching for a solid leather free boots. The first thing we noticed is how classy and timeless all the items were. From the sweaters, belts, to the multiple style of boots. Before our first order, we also noticed the replies to those who left reviews. Not only were the replies handled with care and respect, almost all (if not all) Will replied to himself. As an American I don’t think I’ve ever seen them in any company I’ve ordered from in my life. It was that respect and kindness that reassured us this was the company we wanted to order from. We ordered 3 sweaters from the first order. The shipping was insanely quick. For reference we placed several orders the same day we placed our first order from Will’s. All local orders, and Will’s arrive before our other orders. Now the quality, all three garments are wonderfully constructed, breathable, and absolutely beautiful pieces. We were teasing the only issue is wanting to buy everything now lol. I’ve just placed our second order last night. I messed up my address and had a slight panic, but again Will himself replied to me so quickly and made sure everything was ok. We will be continuing to purchase from Will’s as we can. This is a vegans dream store, and a humans dream customer service. I never write reviews but anything I can do to make sure this company has continued future success ill gladly do. Thank you Will, and thank you to the amazing staff! Never change how you operate- you company shines such a beautiful light in our world!

I bought the Structured Vegan Wool Coat. It was shipped quickly and fits perfectly. I ordered one size smaller than I would normally do, so an M instead of an L (1.83m and 80kg). The coat looks and feels great!

I bought the large backpack satchel. It arrived promptly and is beautiful. Only downside was a slight issue with the clasps on the strap, which repeatedly came open and then shut on the vegan leather material, biting into it as they closed. I contacted Will's Vegan Store, didn't even ask for another, just asked whether there was a way to deal with this. I got a reply from Will himself by return, saying they would send me a new bag. Which they did, it has arrived, looks fabulous too, and this time no problem with the straps. So 5 stars for a beautiful vegan product, and five stars for customer service too.

I am super happy with this company. When I got in touch with them about my order, they answered quickly and handled everything immediately. No complicated process, just friendly, efficient service. The jacket I ordered is beautiful. I’ll definitely be ordering with them again.

I fell in love with these shoes. I wore my first pair real hard and they lasted for a good while. I bought them again, but had a little issue and reached out to the company about it. They immediately got back to me! (Such a rarity to connect with a human, and get a response in etail. I’m so impressed!) They’re a company that cares about their product; where it comes from, how it’s worn, and how it can be donated or upcycled. I am a proud supporter of their sustainable and cruelty free products, and highly recommend this brand to everyone. (Even if you hate the earth. These are still really awesome shoes!)

Good alternative to leather footwear & nicely designed. I had a quality issue with one of the boots I purchased but WVS were more than helpful in resolving the issue. As a product, I find the boots comfortable and fit very well and would recommend them to anyone, vegan or not.

I have bought pretty much all my shoes here over the last 5 years, as well as as a bunch of other clothes. They make great quality items and I really like their styles!

Ich hatte Schuhe bestellt, die ich wieder zurückgeschickt hatte. Ich fand sie nicht so hochwertig wie ich es für 160€ erwarten würde, aber das ist nicht der Punkt. Selbst nach 3 Wochen und zwei Kontaktaufnahmen habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück. Habe zum Glück über Paypal gekauft und mir das Geld so geholt. Totaler scam.

Die Schuhe sind am 30.09.2026 geliefert worden. Die Qualität der Schuhe ist, wirklich gut! Wer also bereit ist 3 Wochen auf Ware zu warten bekommt hier gute Qualität. Deshalb jetzt nun ein Upgrade auf 2 Sterne.

Zwei Paar Schuhe am 08.09.26 bestellt, die nie angekommen sind. Auf Anfrage wurde ich immer wieder gebeten länger zu warten. Irgendwann hieß es dann, das Paket ist auf dem Weg verloren gegangen. Anschließend wurde angeblich am 21.09. ein neues Paket auf den Weg geschickt, dessen DHL Tracking von DHL jedoch nicht zugeordnet werden kann. Nach erneuter Rückfrage heißt es auch hier: man soll einfach warten.

Das ist also eine Bewertung rein auf den Service und die Handhabung des Versands nach Deutschland, da die Produkte nie angekommen sind, kann ich nichts über deren Qualität sagen.

Schade um die 300€ und den Kommunikationsaufwand der zu keinem Ergebnis geführt hat.

Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt würde ich aufgrund meiner Erfahrung Freunden von einem Kauf in diesem Shop abraten, schade …

I bought some Penny Loafers from Will's and they were the wrong size, quickly I returned them and very speedily ( a matter of days) I got back a pair that fit perfectly. They are light and easy to get on and off, they look great and are cool for this very hot weather we are experiencing, I love that they are made from recycled materials and and are very reasonably priced too. I would definitely buy from them again and look for ward to wearing their wonderful vegan shoes.

Excellent service. Quickly replaced shoes that were the wrong size (my fault) without any issues.

I am really impressed with the customer service that I recieved- after a pair of my new shoes started to be defective after a few wears, I emailed customer service and they offered to replace them for free. They also allowed me to keep the original pair and repair them at a cobbler if I choose.

The shoes themselves are very comfortable and beautiful!

This is my fifth pair of Will’s boots, so I’m not a one-time buyer looking for a fight. The Insulated Waterproof Chelsea Boots I bought in May failed within three months — the seal along the sole separated, leaving a gap in a boot sold as waterproof and insulated. On a $200+ boot marketed as “slow fashion, made to last,” that shouldn’t happen.

I reported it with photos, the batch number, and the receipt, and they did reply. But the fix offered was a “free” return label that only routes to their overseas warehouse. In practice that means I, in Texas, ship a defective product internationally and then wait to see about reimbursement on terms left vague. Putting the cost and risk of a manufacturing defect back on the customer isn’t the “we’ll refund, replace or repair” policy their site advertises.

I don’t want a replacement or a refund now. I want other buyers to know the durability and the returns process didn’t match the marketing.

I have ordered several shoes over the past couple of years, and I've been very happy overall! While they don't have the durability of non-vegan leather (e.g., they chipped a bit after years of wear), they are the best I've found for vegan options, which I strongly prefer. I also had an issue with shipping once (due to an error on my end with my address) and they were incredibly quick and kind to help reship my order! Overall super recommend.

I have had several WV boots, shoes, and belts over the years. Overall, the quality has been very good. When there have been quality issues, the costumer service has been excellent.

I had an issue with the soles detaching from my slim sole shoes. The customer support was superb. They were fast, kind and helpful. They sent me a replacement pair within 2 days and even wanted to get the shoes back, so they could inspect what has gone wrong during production - they obviously paid for the return fees (incl. customs).

I used to really like this store and bought from them religiously quite often. Much of their items are high quality. However in the last 6 months they have started using AI generated photos as the main photo for all of their item pages, and many times the photos just totally mis-represent the item. For example, the stitching and heel profile of the men's cowboy boots are totally misrepresented by the AI, with a western-decorative-stitching and heel design that doesn't match the actual boot at all. Another instance where Will's was selling sneakers, and the AI generated photos had 7 eyelets instead of 6, and the stitching and sole design was completely different.

I tried reaching out to them via email saying that their photos were not truthfully representing the items, but they never responded. In my opinion, it's bad enough as to mislead customers and make them think they are getting something different compared to the real item.

The usage of this AI in my opinion also goes against the ethical and environmental ideals of this shop, which is also very disappointing to me.

Because of this, I don't think I will be purchasing from them again.

I’ve owned three pairs of boots from Will’s Vegan Store, and I love them!

My most recent pair had an issue with the sole, but Aarti and the Will’s Vegan team were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They gave me with a gift card to get a new pair of boots.

Fantastic customer service and great-quality vegan boots. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
