I placed order on Aug. 10th and paid $60+ for overnight shipping because I wanted to install extension cable before going on a fishing trip. Item arrived 6 or 7 days later when I was gone on the trip. I should be refunded for the extra shipping costs.

Great Product

Great products at great prices with great service as well. Cheaper than buying thru Amazon and the shipping was free. The scope rings I bought fit great. The description for the same item on Amazon was vague but on this website it was accurate for what I needed. I saved a couple bucks as well. Shipping was fast and free.

Their customer service person Nicole went great length to make sure my order arrives safely to the UK, the first post went missing but they replaced the item and resend it soon after. Took a bit of time on the way (likely due to the election in the Sates), but I am very happy with the purchase, and most importantly, the friendliness and professionalism of their people.

The green laser was assembled in 15 minutes and works great on my S&W 380 Shield EZ revolver. Can see it very well in daylight.

the representative, Katie, went above and beyond trying to help me. There is no way I could have located what I needed without some help. She even took time to look up the item numbers for the lens caps that would fit the pistol scope while checking dimensions to make certain they would fit, even though I purchased the scope somewhere else. Then she got me a discount coupon for them. No way I would expect someone to take the extra time to help and never before in all my years have I encountered anyone who went so far to help me out. I will shop here whenever I can in the future not to mention I will do my best to forward others to this site. She is a blessing and I pray management takes notice. Other vendors should take note.

All good! However, as this was the first time dealing with this company, I called to check on my order. No one answered the phone and I had to leave a message to call me back about my order. This created a little more anxiety. Never got a call back or any contact. Product arrived just fine though.
