Very professional service
Very professional service. I love the car I bought and it was a fair price. So far it has been reliable! The only downside is I discovered the wing mirrors do not turn in and are manual, which is a real nuisance!
The sales team are very friendly and super efficient, slightly too much as the paperwork is very intense and seemed endless! Also Connor tried to sell me just about every after sales product they offer! I managed to cut this down to the 3 year Warranty, which seemed a good investment and also includes a decent breakdown cover with the AA. I discovered I had not been given the MOT Certificate for my car or had written confirmation of the brakes work they did before I collected it. Sadly. I got no response to my requests for this and weeks later, I still have neither. It's a shame the sale was tainted by their otherwise excellent service. However, I would still recommend this dealer.

They were extremely helpful and exerted no pressure for a sale. I had a couple of issues with the car, one of which I should have inquired about, but they were both resolved totally to my satisfaction with no quibble.
