Cannot recommend these guys enough, our house sold in less than two weeks on the market (7 working days!) Lee and his team are nothing but helpful, contactable at all times, they really go above and beyond. We had a really helpful WhatsApp group where we could all keep in touch and were kept up to date at every step. Everything has been amazing. Thank you Wilson Real Estate!!

From the very first contact, Clare at Wilson Real Estate has been absolutely excellent.
Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't.
The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property.
Multiple viewings were quickly arranged.
Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept.

After having a very unsuccessful 6 months with a well known estate agent not one viewing, I was recommended Lee at Wilson Real Estate, what a difference! Within one month we had 3 viewings and in 2nd month had 2 offers, one we accepted. We found our dream house through Wilson Real Estate. From the initial viewing we knew we wanted it, but hadn't put our house on the market. Lee came round to value the house and gave reassurances he could sell our house at a good price for the market and quickly. Wilson Real Estate went above and beyond and over delivered on those promises. We aren't considering moving again, especially not for a long time but if we were, we would always use Wilson.

Thanks to Tom Dodd who handled our purchase from start to finish very professionally. He was in contact with us regularly, but each interaction had purpose and helped us move forwards, ultimately resulting in us buying our first home. Tom unexpectedly replied to emails well beyond what I would deem to be "working hours" which suggests he regularly goes above and beyond for his clients.

Throughout the experience of selling our flat the advice and responses from the agent Clare Barnes was always positive despite a number of setbacks we had of 2 initial buyers changing their minds. We had lots of other hurdles to go through over a 9 month period of the sale but Clare remained helpful and willing to help push things along. Well done Clare and thankyou for all your help.
