Wilson Storage - Cheltenham, Bay Rd Reviews

The staff are fantastic, very helpful and helped take the stress out off the day.
Recommend if you are needing short too lond term storage.

Excellent communication and easy access.
Thank you.

The company advertised the first month free! Upon moving in they wanted me to pay for the rest of the month plus a month and then claimed the 3rd month was free according to their terms and conditions. So not 12 hours after moving in I was locked out and could not access my belongings until I made the payment.
Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting dishonest behaviour. I will stay for the month and then get out.

Michelle was helpful, easy to deal with from the moment we engaged. All my queries were answered promptly and she was very flexible in an effort to meet my requirements. Highly recommend Wilson Cheltenham, Bay Rd!

customer service from Chris at Moorabbin then Michelle and John at Sandringham. So helpful. Easy to use the storage units, great availability. The offer of the van is such a great bonus.

The Manager, John Maher, was always helpful, professional and polite. I appreciated his support while using the facility. Also, I was impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.

Very competitive rates as well.
A big shout out to John and Michelle for all their help in making our house move less stressful.

Great experience all round … friendly and .efficient ..

The staff at Wilson Storage were so very helpful & reassuring in helping me work out which storage unit was best for our needs. Moving house is stressful enough but I was made to feel that I would be looked after on moving day & I was! The process was seamless & I was made a coffee once they’d helped me guide the removalists to our storage unit so I could sit & take a much needed breather. Facility is clean & well organised.
Thank you so much Michelle & John.

All of the staff here are professional and care about their customers. From the moment of needed a storage space to the day of needing to relocate across country they were helpful, clear in communication and did everything they could to assist. I knew my belongings were safe and secure, and in a good facility. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
