A bucket planter was sent to me it was different dimensions to those stated on the website ( the packaging was incredibly oversized, wasteful and inconvenient) I have made 2 phone calls and sent 2 emails so far…time consuming! Latest, they want me to print a label to return the incorrect item. I don’t think this company understand the fundamental principles of customer service and certainly do not understand the inconvenience I have been caused by ordering what I thought was a simple product, I wish I hadn’t bothered and wont be using them again

The Susie Gazebo is a premium price product. It arrived with some of the ironwork loose because the welding had broken. Someone had tried to patch it up, but that hadn’t worked. After spending lots of my time with photos, emails, and even a call with the owner over the last 2 months, I haven’t received any help with the problem. It has also started to rust - I have since been advised that this is normal- but you should be aware of this before you buy it, especially as you sit in it. Feeling disappointed.

I purchased a beautiful composter obelisk with Wilstone.com November 2025. I was worried it wouldn't arrive before a trip away and contacted customer service who were excellent and kept me informed of delivery. On arrival unfortunately there was a little bit of damage to the top of the obelisk. I did not need to worry as another one was dispatched and sent to me once I returned from my trip. It was beautifully and securely packaged. We also came to an agreement on the damaged one. The customer service at Wilstone is excellent. Definitely 5 star.
