Everything was great except the food service was poor. Many options were out or closed in the debenture areas well before 5pm when matches went until after 10pm. Any the food options that were available was very limited.

Fantastic from start to finish. Easy to book tickets and choose prime seats in the area that I wanted. Correspondence throughout was excellent. The day at Wimbledon was more than perfect. Thankyou so much!!!

The entire process from initial inquiry to receipt of the tickets went very smoothly. The website is very good and had answers to most of our questions or issues. In addition we received a package of information before the tournament which helped us prepare and get the most of the experience. We hope to use this service again in the future. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the experience.I attended on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th.My one issue is with the food on offer. I dined in both The Lounge and The Veranda. I found the menu unappealing and each time I dined I chose something that I might enjoy rather than what I would really want to eat. Water and ice ran out twice. A register wasn’t working on one occasion causing a logjam. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Some abrupt.
In general the staff around the Debenture area were friendly and some charming. Others slightly officious. Maybe necessary but can come across as rude.

The communication was great! Everything was made so easy!

Great seats and easy to book and the staff selling the debentures were extremely helpful. It was difficult to book the Championship room for lunch which was disappointing and a number of options including afternoon tea were sold out. For the money, I think the lunch was average value was expecting a bit more (the pudding was very good) but the starters and main courses were quite small portions.

James Terry and his team made me feel confident that when I arrived in London, all arrangements for my day at Wimbledon were confirmed and without any issues. They were patient throughout the entire process and helped with restaurants/transportation and anything needed to ensure our trip was enjoyable for all.

What a great experience! Good communication all through the process and easy to deal with. The seats were fantastic.

Nothing Wimbledon Debenture Owners can do about the walks from Tube stations! Have sent those comments and ideas to Wimbledon directly. Wimbledon Debenture Owners had great service and responsiveness! Dont hesitate to book with them. First Class. Great seats.

This was my first time at Wimbledon and the debenture experience did not disappoint. The whole process of purchasing tickets, receipt of tickets and information received throughout was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole debenture experience, from fast track entry, debenture lounges, food offerings and overall service. The staff were all brilliant. Our seat location on centre court was superb as was the quick route from the lounges. Would definitely recommend!

It was easy enough to download our tickets and transfer them to all of our guests. Seats were great 😊
