What makes Win A Million an exceptional competition for me is its value for money. Other factors are: when you win you are immediately informed, and accessing those winnings is no problem at all.
Ive tried these online instant win games with a few companies. The most recent one being the good life where I was a member for over a year and won nothing while paying £28 a month for more entries. A... Toon meer

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Had an account for approximately 3 days, won around £20, which i withdrew. I then went to play again and it said my account had been restricted from entering future competitions. No explanation. I then emailed the customer service team, and someone replied a day later saying after review I had broken a term and conditions in ‘section 10’, but wouldnt discuss the decision any further. I checked the terms and conditions on the website, and section 10 states something along the lines of ‘no syndicates’ etc?? Makes absolutely no sense, and the fact they just said they would not be discussing it any further is just a joke.

It is very easy to set your numbers up.20 chances every month to win 1 million pounds is a no brainer really. Obviously you can have have as many goes as you wish. They always let you know if you have been successful, which you normally get something back every month, but you know the big one is coming up sooner rather than later.

Ive tried these online instant win games with a few companies. The most recent one being the good life where I was a member for over a year and won nothing while paying £28 a month for more entries. Although win a million is fun. It would be amazing if I even got 3 numbers correct. £500 would be the biggest prize ive ever won in my life. I really hope I win big soon as life is pretty depressing for me at the moment.

Hi Martin
Thanks for leaving a review and great to hear you've had a few wins there!
Hopefully many more to come 🤞
Trusted company.
I think it's great.
Customer service is also spot on.
Could improve finding your winnings and when you won rather than just a balance in account though.
Definitely good value.
I am happy I subscribed.
