The Heistercamp Catalyst guitar strap is a very well-designed and excellently crafted product, unavailable in this form on the continent. Shipping to Germany is fast and the packaging is meticulous. Delivery and tracking via Royal Mail and DHL are detailed and transparent. I can wholeheartedly and without any reservation recommend the Heistercamp product and the retailer Windmill Guitars.

I have been looking for a maple backed acoustic but all I could find were Jumbos. I chanced upon a E16ss-tc being sold by Windmill. I asked some questions which Simon answered promptly and also provided additional photos. I decided to take a chance as this appears to be one of only a handful left (the others are s/b). The guitar was sent promptly and arrived with no issues at all. This is my first Eastman (normally a Gibson fanboy). This is stunning and no doubt will not be my last. Highly recommend both Eastman and Windmill guitars
