We recently had all of our windows and doors replaced by Window Mart, and our experience was excellent from start to finish.

Our salesman, Andrei, was fantastic. He took the time to walk us through all of our options, answered our questions thoroughly, and was very accommodating when we changed our minds on the style of a few products. We never felt pressured and appreciated his patience throughout the process.

The installation team did a great job, and we’re very impressed with the overall quality of the workmanship. There were a few minor deficiency items after the installation, but Window Mart addressed them promptly and professionally, which really reinforced our confidence in their customer service.

Overall, we’re very happy with both the product quality and the level of service we received. We would definitely recommend Window Mart to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Window Mart - Calgary: The initial experience with the salesman was very good; he seemed very knowledgeable. There was no communication from the company for months after placing the windows order and paying the $3K deposit but I was told it would take 4 months so I wasn’t too concerned. Got a phone call, from an unknown number (red flag), 4 months later notifying me of an opening the next day to install the windows and to be prepared to pay the full amount owing prior to the crew beginning the install, which was HIGHLY suspect. I mentioned it would take longer to arrange for cash availability last minute so they could reschedule if they liked but they agreed to do the install, which made me feel more comfortable. One crew of 3 guys began the install of 10 triple pane windows. They could not finish in a day, which was understandable with only one small crew and the work required, but they called in sick the next day so didn’t show up to complete the project after I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the installation. I was called that morning to say no one would be there. Two different guys showed up the third day to complete the project and they did an excellent job. Overall I was very pleased with the actual installation work and window quality despite being very uncomfortable having to pay in advance of the project completion. Both crews took great care to make sure everything was installed correctly including the molding and cutting around bathroom tiling for 2 windows. The problems arose when two upward sliding windows were sent from the (Calgary) manufacturer with the wrong balances so they won’t stay open. I was shown this by the first crew who notified their office immediately. Obviously a safety concern as well. I received an email from their office the next day saying new balances would be ordered and I’d be notified of the replacement date. 1.5 months later, after calling their main office number, where I was told to submit an email, I’m still waiting. The only communication is when I solicit it and is always a repetitive email reply saying they are “waiting on delivery of the balances”. Again, the windows were made in Calgary, I was told, and I live in Calgary. No reply from the salesman when I emailed him to follow up for me. No phone number is offered to contact someone in their customer service department. I will eventually file a complaint on the BBB website if the windows are not fixed. Such a shame for this to happen as the installation crews were excellent, it’s just their office and customer service that is brutal.

We recently used Window Mart to install our basement windows and new doors in our home. This was our second experience with Window Mart - we used their services previously and were so delighted, we invited them back. Denys was our project manager who communicated several days before the exact time and date of our installation and sent a detailed email of what to expect and how we could best prepare for their arrival. We were delighted that Maks and Mike travelled to our home in Whitecourt from Edmonton. Despite the distance they were prompt, showing up exactly on time for both days of our installation. They worked quickly and efficiently to install all windows in a single day. They worked around our dog and our daughter who works remotely to ensure her schedule was not impacted. They were very polite and respectful, even removing their shoes every time they walked in and out of our home. During the second day when they worked on our door installations, they were so very careful with our framing and siding as they installed doors that fit with an almost perfect seal. Their attention to detail was impeccable - they were so meticulous that they installed one window twice as they didn't quite like the fit to ensure our compliance to code for an evacuation route (an upgrade we were making to be able to classify one basement room as a bedroom). We couldn't say enough positive things about Maks and Mike - we'd happily use their services again.

The entire process was simple. We are happy with the work! My recommendation is that you order early in the year as we ordered early winter and it was 6 months before we had install due to the weather.

The appointment to book was thorough and explained and the install was less than 2 hours. It was flawless and straight forward

Respectful, fast working and focused. Responsive and friendly on the phone. Glad I chose this company even though the wait was quite a few weeks.

The work completed by Window Mart was astounding from start to finish. Starting with sales ( Denys ), he took a lot of time ensuring we understood all of the options, with a heat demonstration and initial measure, ending with an actual quote.

About a week later, there was a crew that came out to do a more thorough measure, and to take a harder look at the install ( this was on a home that is 90 years old ). And then a second measure was completed a week after the first one, so three measures were completed.

Then our lead installer ( Hafar ), was simply the icing on the cake, as he was extremely good at his craft, took all the time he needed to ensure everything closed and opened well, and full clean up was done post-work. And he ALWAYS had a smile on his face, so gracious, and both him and his assistant were such hard workers.

Deal with in FULL CONFIDENCE!!

Quick, clean , professional and price was comparable, but most of all job well done

WE FOUND THE SALESMAN DENYS TO BE QUITE PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCT. HE WAS HELPFUL WITH DIFFERENT LOOKS AND IDEAS FOR OUR HOUSE WINDOWS.

THE 2 INSTALLERS LEAD BY SERHII WERE CLEAN AND COURTEOUS OF PEOPLE STILL IN HOUSE AS WORK WENT ON. THEY USED WALKING CLOTHS TO KEEP MESS TO A MINIMUM AND VACCUMED UP AFTER EACH INSTALL. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A WERY REASONABLE TIME FRAME AND LOOKS GREAT.

WOULD RECOMEND THIS TEAM.

Window Mart was excellent to deal with from the beginning. I responded from an advertisement. Received our quote in a timely fashion. The window installation crew were considerate and very tidy. We are very pleased with the entire process of being a Window Mart customer from start to finish. The window looks great as well!

The windows and doors look great! I compared the price with other window companies and they are the cheapest, but the quality is still excellent. Andrei Skitsko (PM) is knowledgeable and gave us advice on what’s best for each window and door. After signing the contract, he responded quickly whenever I had questions and always made sure everything was accommodated. Ihor (Installer) is knowledgeable and skilled, explained what he was doing, worked efficiently, and was very respectful of the space. Both the PM and the installer are professional and easy to work with.

My husband and I are very happy with our new window. The gentlemen came, delivered and installed our window. It has made a huge difference to be able to see out into the yard. We enjoyed the company of the two individuals that came. They were very clean and hard working.

There's no option for No stars...had a 5pm appt today and noone has showed up called and was told they were looking into it and I was told they tried calling the guy and he hasn't answered hos calls so they said they will get back to me tomorrow!!!! This appt was made last week .I DO NOT RECOMMEND this outfit to anyone ....very disappointing

I buy from them! They make amazing windows and doors!!! High quality, and very long warranty!!! Since there are many options, this is the right place! Thank you window mart!!!!!!
