3rd time you people have come out in 10 months and nobody has fixed the window!!! 3 times they been out and everyone of them says a different thing is wrong with the window! Guess I’m finding out the problem as this guy was from Chicago and said theirs no competent help here in Ct.

Henry and his team arrived on time and worked through five windows efficiently and professionally. We walked though the installs at the end and all appeared to be in perfect order. Windows look fabulous and my spouse has already noticed how warmer the room is next to the windows.

My experience with Window Nation started out very well, the sales representatives was very well trained to give me an hour long presentation, very confident and convincing about the product, however after the six weeks waiting for my windows and my installation Day came I was very disappointed. I was having four windows replaced, which only two windows got installed and I was very disappointed and shocked at how narrow the windows were , hardly no glass at all which took away half of my light and visible view into my living Room. My larger window required a half moon shape window which had to be reordered which caused me another five weeks of waiting for it to be installed, when the window came back the second time it was the wrong size again , Now the Project Manager informs me that they don’t have a manufacturer to make the half moon window. My issue is why was the measurement taken two different times from the beginning of the project and was ordered for installation if the measurements could not be met why did they wait from August until December before they recognized they did not have a manufacturer. I was required too pay half down the day I signed the contract and the remainder of the balance when the project was completed, the project has not been completed and I have been told that I cannot get my last payment back, I even paid half of the final payment in October even though the four windows was incomplete.I’m very disappointed with this and feel like the manager who I’ve been cordoning with by email is just trying too not deal with my project even though we signed a contract stating four windows would be installed.
No phone calls just emails.

I asked the name of the lead guy but can't remember. The other didn't speak english. These guys were proficient and consistent. The worked until the job was finished. They even cleaned up, which is unusual for construction guys.

Purchase process was irritating as I had to sit through a nearly 2-hour presentaton despite informing the salesperson I knew what I wanted and am experienced in construction.

The post-sale, installation was terrific almost to the point of too much communication. Everything went as I was told it would. The quality of the installation was great except they forgot to install the exterior trim.

Post-installation customer service was less than great. I was on hold for over 20-minutes when it abruptly cut-off. Calling again, on a number that was left in my voicemail, the person answering stated this was the 'general number' and transferred me to Customer Service where I experienced the same wait time and disconnection. It was an extremely frustrating experience. They eventually did install the trim though.
We are ordering additional windows but will do a careful quality control check while the installers are still at our home.

The service that Window Nation quoted was completed to the "T" with progress reports for our 13 windows, follow up calls for any questions we had, on time manufacturing of our windows, on time arrival for our install, a TERRIFIC install crew, and our windows were good to go in a few hours!

The process was smooth sailing and the installers were very professional and diligent

Poor installation errors and lack of followup.

I think the company is great for the work they have done for me but I wish the took a little careful and not ripping my walls that I have to repay someone else to repair, otherwise everything was great, I'll definitely recommend your company to anyone else and I have started telling everyone a good job that you'll have done for me...

The workers were on time. They went the extra mile to insure that the work was properly done. And they were very mindful to clean and remove all debris.

Salesperson was great! Love the windows. However the guys didn't do a very good job of cleanup - leaving tons of screws and pieces of sheet metal under each window. I asked if they had a magnet they could use (or I could use) and they did not. The company should provide them with such. I have pets and didn't want a dog to eat a screw or step on the sheet metal. Also the 2nd day the guys hit my gate, damaging it, and didn't say anything. Overall good experience but some training needed on employees.

Very happy with the Windows I purchased from Window Nation. Install crew was very efficient and very professional! 10 stars!

thank you Eric, and Jorge and his installers they showed up on time they immediately went to work. They cleaned as they went. They got all my windows and all my exterior doors installed beautifully in about six hours completely impressed. It looks amazing. We already can tell a difference. I highly recommend Window Nation tremendous job gentleman. Thank you

The crew was great very organized and efficient.

Was told there is nothing they can do, the window sill is what it is a thin piece of aluminum, not what I consider a wrap
