There was an issue with one window. They came three days later and fixed the problem. They stand behind their windows.

I probably would have given this place a 4 if it weren't for the sham of financing. I'm just really angry about that. I must say first that the team who came to my house and installed were fabulous courteous and did a great job. They meticulously cleaned up themselves and we're fast and efficient. And this company gave me the best price of the three I looked at. However , if you want to get the 0% financing , you have to pay a $499 fee. So essentially , they're making you pay the 18 month interest up front. And if you use your credit card , they charge you a 1.5% fee. Therefore, it costs you to pay them anything but cash. In addition, when it's all added up, they finally tell you that it's an additional fee for the permit. In my case , it was $200 more. Not their fault but I would've liked to know that up front. Instead , I had to max out my credit card and pay $60 to do it. I guess the issue is communication. I'm sure there are other companies out there with better financing options without the huge fees, that can do just as good a job.

The entire experience was great. Brian and Cory were on time, on task and polite. They worked efficiently and consistently. The windows look beautiful. They cleaned up nicely and were on their way.

Although there were a few glitches in the deliveries, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The windows complement the style of my house and I definitely see how they have impacted my fuel bill. The company and their Exterior Design Consultant, Travis Zoba, were definitely A++++

They walk you through the process and the salesperson didn't pressure us. The installer and salesperson were great. Quality of the Windows are very good from known manufacturers.

The crew was great. Very careful of our furniture etc. they were on time . They also cleaned up inside and out ! Very pleased with the windows and the service.

Window nation installed 11 windows on our first floor in half a day. One would never know that they were at the house as everything was picked up outside and in leaving no trace of them. That was the best installation of windows that we ever experienced. We cannot wait to have the second floor windows replaced by them. Their professionalism was superb.

Great company to deal with, salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. Installation was done a week before we thought it would, outstanding installers.. very, very good job with 16 windows and 2 doors. It took a little over 1 day. There were a couple of minor issues afterwards that were addressed quickly and satisfactory. Definitely recommend them!
As far as the cost is concerned, replacing all windows and doors is not going to be cheap, and honestly I didn’t want a cheap company.. Window Nation was in the middle and kept us just under our budget.. the quality of the product and installation team was worth more than the cheapest quote we got from a company with a similar name…

Salesman made a strong case for the product quality, the price was competitive, but above all, the 2 installers were the very best. Clean, efficient and very detail oriented. Highly recommend

all of it!. I can not express how much I was impressed with the install crew. They far exceded my expectations, very professional and worked very well together. I haven't had any workers in my house in almost 40 years. Iwould hire them to come back to work for me. The quality of the windows was excellent. Alex did a fine job as well. I too sold windows before years ago so I was not going to be fooled.

Windows Nation has a great product but the miscommunication and/or lack of paying attention between the warehouse and installation coordination caused them install the wrong style window even after I reconfirmed the style over the phone a few weeks before the installation took place. Communication with the warehouse head was also unprofessional as he explained that this "Happens sometimes" which I found was dismissive of the issue and now I would still have to pay the full amount even before the mistake was remedied. The experience with the customer service was better but having to negotiate again for a product I initially ordered and had a contract for was not an ideal situation. The issue was remedied weeks later. Both on-site installers were fantastic and professional, but the customer service and logistics departments need to make sure orders are correct before ordering, shipping, and installing.

The sales was friendly and personable and installation was quick. It was all about what you would expect for a middle caliber window. It was my choice to go with a lower quality window due to budget constraints and I'm selling. The only complaint I can possibly come up with is that I chose to go with their aluminum clad wraps which is a thin aluminum wrap around existing exterior trim. The simple 45 degree cuts of aluminum folded down in the top fronts looks rather cheap and is not even weatherproof because they didn't seal it on the top of the windows. I don't no if this is by design but it sure seems odd that water can rain in at the top and seep down towards the window frame under the aluminum clad. Otherwise they did a good job sealing it on the sides so at least it looks aesthetically pleasing from the sides. They installed six average sized windows and one large picture window with two satellites all within 4 to 5 hours. The price was about 30% higher than I expected but that's what you get with covid prices these days. Overall I would recommend these guys if you need something done quick. As far as quality goes I think it depends on the window you choose to install.
