I was told I needed a new door due to a defect. The technician came out to replace the door and said it was not a defect and he could fix it I agreed to having it repaired pending if it doesn’t hold or happens again something else will need to be done. The area was patch. It looks bumpy and messy

Terrible customer service to get a simple part. I requested on 12/30/25. Today is 3/10/26 and I still do not have the replacement part. I was told I'd be updated along the way and I wasn't. I called once and was told there was a miscommunication and the part wasn't ordered. A month wasted. Then it's ordered and still no updates or part. We had great service when we got our windows installed so I am surprised it is so difficult to get a small part, or at least some communication on the delay. Frustrating!

After getting an appointment they came out as soon as possible and installed the replacement window. In no time they had it installed and cleaned up Turned out great!

Quick, efficient and seemed to be thorough.

Very nice young man. Able to arrive sooner than scheduled (he did call first to verify that that was ok). Kept us in the loop.

We had a loose rubber strip at the base of our door (froom Window Nation) Service was initiated quickly - we did have to wait for parts to come in - and service tech came and did the work in professional manner. This was a free service.

I love that Window Nation has a lifetime warranty on windows and screens. I wish the salesman was more specific about the size windows we were getting. Now we're stuck with smaller windows probably for the rest of our lives. :( Because the windows were smaller than the opening, they had to frame in, add foam insulation and caulk, and then we had cold air coming in. Jeff came out to fix the air coming in, and he was very nice and thorough. Despite his efforts, air is still coming in. He said I could contact him, if there were still any problems which was very nice. I haven't called him back yet. I think the value for the money we paid was not good. The windows themselves are good. Love the wood-grain look.

Rob was professional and did a great job

He was able to get our windows closed, but most needed further work.

We thought we had a leak or some issue around our window 5 years after installation and called customer service. They sent someone out free of charge to assess and fix the issue. All it needed was additional caulking and we were good to go.

Communication was great! They exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend!

Windows were installed with the wrong weatherstripping. Service guy came out said they’d be contacting me to replace with correct weatherstripping as he did not have on his truck. No one ever contacted me now it’s just too late in the season to do it now and very disappointing.

I still have not received a call back about my service that was horribly done. I'm just really surprised because the company was great with customer service and care when I first got my windows put in.

Tech called during planned ETA, as he was on the way… Luke was professional during his visit, diagnosed the issue with the screen door right away, corrected the issue and went above and beyond by making a needed minor adjustment to the sliding door as well.
He completed the work in a very short period of time and was on his way.
Overall excellent experience.

The whole experience with WN was very easy, affordable and well communicated.

The installers came in and got straight to work and cleaned the areas spotless

We were pleased with the quality of the windows and the expertise of the installers. There is some minor exterior damage which will be taken care of in the spring.

Window Nation came and fixed the drafty bedroom windows very promptly and expertly. Thank you you so much WN. This bitter cold 2025/26 winter will be much better in my home than last year.

Crew was on time and professional. Answered all questions we had. We would highly recommend this company.
