Alex Amos (our rep) was wonderful, he came to our house with a demonstration window and really broke down how each tier of window worked which allowed us to make a good decision that fit into our budget. He also responded to every text I sent him after whenever we had any kind of question.

As far as the install went, I really can’t complain at all. The crew came out and explained everything and did their thing. The new windows look beautiful and really, what more could you ask for?

The installers arrived on time, were personable and flexible (for example, when it came to limited parking), and they did a good job. Afterwards, the salesman followed up to ask how the installation had gone -- which I appreciated. The windows look great.

I have an old house from 1877, and nothing is really square, true or plumb. The installer adapted to all problems and did a beautiful installation. It looks great!

Window nation did an excellent job installing our windows. The crew was timely, courteous and communicated every step of the way.

One of the screens on my windows is shorter than the other and I have not received any feed nack as to when it will be repaired

I've been working with Chris Welde for years and the experience was great through install. These guys are very professional and reliable. Windows look fantastic, my project is complete now.

The gentleman was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the difference of condensation in the window vs. on the window. Will see if this is the case with my door because the sunshine did not reach the door & you can only see the problem when it is sunny. I did however have him clean the door inside & out to see if problem goes away.

From the sales presentation to the installation, every step was coordinated and they kept me informed every step of the way. The windows look amazing. The crew was nice, efficient, and left no mess. My house really looks nice.

The installers were friendly, prompt, and did an excellent job installing my windows. They cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely recommend Window Nation and their installers to friends and family.

George Tsikaradze and Giorgi Omiadze were great! My parents who are elderly and present during the job were well informed of their work and how to open/close the balcony panel and windows were explained.

I had gotten a quote from Renewal by Andersen a couple of months ago. Window Nation was HALF the price. I am so very pleased with every aspect of this company, and how they do business. From the sales rep, Grace, who turned an experience I had been dreading, into a lovely time - to the crew who did the installation, Edwin, Carlos and Alex. These three men were so fast, so professional. I never feel "at ease" when I have work done inside of my house, but these guys had me in a blissful, calm state. I could relax, knowing that the job was being done with the highest attention to detail and precision.
I LOVE my new windows, as do my cats. There were certain windows that I could no longer open, and now? The late August respite from the humidity has all of my windows open, the fresh air flowing through my house.

Ease of working with someone from beginning to end. Pricing was affordable. Installers were great and clean.

I was very impressed with the whole process from ordering, measurement confirmation and installation. Windows were installed within 6 weeks and I was kept informed at every stage. The installers were very professional and respectful of my home. I really appreciated that they covered my granddaughters hospital bed and equipment.

Grace was amazing when she came for the consult and helped me through the whole process. The contractor who came to do the final measurements was also very kind and knowledgeable. The crew that arrived to install all 14 windows, 2 sliding glass doors and my new front door were incredible! They were so respectful of the house, cleaned up everything and did such a great job with the install. They worked so hard and stated until everything was in, functioning, cleaned up and then showed me how to work the windows for cleaning, etc. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I will be reaching back out to WN when I am ready to get new siding for my home.

First of all, thank you for your product. Our new Patio Door looks absolutely beautiful! We love the lock features and the sliding screen door.
The two workers, Henry and his partner, arrived at 9:00 a.m. and the work was finished by 12:00. Their work was efficiently done, and the clean up was great! To show our gratitude, we treated them to a Burger King lunch.
We just want to say "Thank You" to the workers and to all of the Window Nation representatives with whom we have had to pleasure of working.

The modern approach of the sales agent was pretty impressive. The install team was neat and curtious. When an item was missed they came back and finished the job.

Would not recommend. They have a great product that is about it. Customer service is non existent. They don't communicate at all with you about your project and don't even think about trying to get a hold of the office it's impossible and none of their phone numbers are listed. Getting the project funded was a joke. I was approved to financing but windows nation didn't like the terms that THEY applied for so reduced my discount from 60% to 40% and raised the cost of my project by $12k. The crew they sent for installation was not up to par for how they explained it to be. If you can afford anyone else I would suggest it
