The wiper did not fit despite it being labelled as compatible. I thought that it was just me so used a little more force and ended up breaking part of the arm. Now. Need to replace both the arm and the blade.

I have purchased wipers from Vipa before, but they are never good wiper blades. So I chose WindscreenWipers to purchase my latest set. Good delivery service and always better to purchase a good known make. This time I bought Bosch. I will use WindscreenWipers again.

Fast delivery and great website. However, my wipers came in LHD configuration and needed the support pivots removing and flipping for RHD. There was nothing on the website, on my order e-mail, or in the package to say that; so I struggled to fit them for half an hour and eventually snapped a pivot. When I e-mailed they were in full knowledge of this and had instructions. Why not tell people up front? Replacements were sent free of charge.

I would love to leave a review but I never received my order I was not at home when Royal Mail attempted to deliver they left a message saying they would deliver the following day or i could pick it up at the post office which I said I would do but instead of leaving it there they sent the package back to the sender I’m still waiting for a reply as to what happens next

I ordered a set of two front and one rear wipers, having checked that they would be suitable for my KIA Soul EV. They arrived quickly and well-packaged. The front two were fine; unfortunately the rear wiper was for an earlier model. (Turns out the rear wiper for my model is available only from KIA). Windscreenwipers responded straightaway to my email complaint, acknowledged the problem, apologised and quickly refunded the cost. Excellent service - thank-you!
