This is false. You were misrepresenting your location and bought a key for a different region than your Steam account. We provide every way to change a region choice during checkout. We also can fix orders if asked.
Yet instead of contacting our Support to get your order fixed, you file a chargeback and this 1-star review. Gee thanks.
Hopefully other readers will understand our position in this matter.

They accept payment without processing the order for hours
I ordered a game, and have been waiting hours with no response. By reading reviews here I find out that they don't work during European working hours on weekends, and I have to wait for someone to manually approve my order. There was no warning about this when I placed the order. No where does it say processing an order could take hours and hours, with no response from support. They happily accepted the payment (no human representative needed for that!) but when it comes to deliver - you're out of luck. Terrible service, avoid at all costs.
Edit: To the snarky official responder, first of all, the attitude says all I need to know - this is not a customer friendly business. Second of all, if you're going to be taking hours to deliver an order, you need to have a disclaimer that SAYS SO. This isn't the 90's or 2000's, when you order digital goods online, the default experience is instant delivery. If you can't provide that, it's on you to warn customers. But obviously that would cost you sales, so you'd rather let customers have a bad experience. Get off your high horse and do better. Also: I don't care that you're in the US, the website is worldwide and you accept orders at any hour. If you can't deliver, don't accept orders.

Sorry you had troubles, but some things need to be clear:
We didn't charge your card and put the order on hold, running away with your money and ignoring you. Cards are checked for valid authorization ahead of time (this is not a capture of funds). Capture of funds happens when the order is approved after being checked for fraudulent activity.
Many factors surrounding your actions, were red-flagged for us to look at. The system cannot, and should not, warn ahead of time of these conditions as then actual frauders use that to circumvent what causes a trigger.
We did ultimately approve the order and you did get your Steam Key. Yes it took 3 hours, because the crew were asleep on a saturday morning in the USA. We are not some giant greedCorp that can hire slaves that sit around 24/7 handling every issue within ten seconds. Even then, giant corps tend to put you on hold for a week before getting around to a ticket.
We apologize that our "hands on" and human approach to things are not satisfactory to you.
