Lots of trouble entering my account. Time between placing an order and just having it mailed is very long. I have received pints that were melted. Refrozen the ice cream has no texture. Online pricing is absurdly above the retail margin.

I like your product a great deal. I very much want this market to expand. Most of my friends cannot stomach Wink Ice Cream. For some reason I love it. Getting is a hassle though because so few stores carry it.

I'm addicted! I absolutely love this dessert - and at 100 cal per pint, I don't have to worry about putting on extra pounds. I've tried all the flavors and can't stop eating them! Fantastic choices; wonderful taste!

I cannot believe they would offer a product that tastes nothing at all like a "treat" for a non-dairy diet.
I will never be buying this product again. I cannot believe the reviews that this tastes great. My advice is not to buy this product.

Upon opening the container of cocoa dough wink frozen dessert, I was hit with a strong chemical smell like rubbing alcohol. I couldnt eat this stuff.

I've ordered a 9 pack to try. Since the minimum is 4 pints. I thought getting a 9 pint promo is a super saver. I received them and tasted one flavored s'mores. It doesn't smell like ice cream right when i opened it. Smells and taste like some type of chemicals. It's too gross for me. Then maybe it was just that one flavor and maybe the other ones are different. I tried Cake Batter. It smells and tasted exactly like S'mores. I have 7 left and I can't eat them. Also, when ordering, I think the checkout process has the subscription button by default. I later on found out that there was another one on the way after 1 week. I tried to cancel but i was told it's too late. Now i have 16 of them that I will throw away. I'm very upset and now wasted a good amount of money.

Love this company-- great product; great service-- and they plant hundreds of thousands of trees! My favorite is Lemon Cake, with just right amount of tangy sweetness.
New discovery is that if you have a cold, Wink is soothing for your throat without increasing congestion like traditional ice cream does.

The new delivery service, utilizing FedEx 2-day delivery, is definitely a step in the right direction. I'm disappointed that my packages arrive with no dry ice in them. The packaging has been upgraded but the product is no longer frozen, just cold. I hope WINK is able to remedy this in the immediate future.

We love the product. The taste is great and the on line ordering is very convenient.

Love it. Wish I could buy it locally. Choco mint is my favorite. I love that it feels like a treat that doesn’t hurt me.

Love Wink! Have been a fan for years.
I order mine to my home, but wish they were easier to find and more widely carried in stores ( Instead of all the other popular brands full of sugar such as Halo and Arctic Zero). I can eat 2 pints in a row and not feel guilty;)

When the first order was shipped and all of it was melted upon arrival , I was promptly sent a second order which arrived frozen. It was wonderful!!

Very good deserts and a great place to buy from. This was my second purchase and I will be buying again.

Being able to have an entire pint of Wink for only 100 calories has been a big part of me losing 32 pounds over the past 4 months. And bonus, it's plant based.

Contacted Wink so no delivery while out of town. Wink duplicated my order which I needed to contact again and was told incorrect order would be recalled. Was showing that order was delivered and signed for but not at my address. Contacted again to make sure correct order would come when requested.

I have enjoyed Wink for almost 5 years now. As a Type 1 diabetic I am now allowed to eat up to 2 pints of Ice cream a week. I always top my Wink with coconut, nuts and cacao nibs too. A little non-dairy whipped cream and I am in heaven. Dont know what I'd do with out my Wink. I have clients all over the country and always recommend Wink to them too.
