They are based in china, not the Netherlands. Tried to exchange a size, they said to keep the original but pay an extra £30 for a new one. They then said it was out of stock and are not wanting to pay me back my money.
Now £180 of pocket with 2 unwanted suits

Awful product from this site.
Stupidly ordered an outfit and what arrived was nothing short of a joke.
When you talk to customer services they then let you know item has come from china even through the address is London. And you have to sent back at your own expense. They also let you know it costs a lot to send back. So they offer you a small refund but not the full price.
They constantly say thanks for understanding but basically they’re going to do nothing. The quality of the materials are a zero out of 10. Do Not use this website if you can avoid it please do.
Absolute joke of a place.

If I could give them zero stars I would awful quality clothing, awful customer service please do not buy from them it is a scam!!! I tried to cancel my purchase after looking at reviews I know silly me but they said it had been processed I asked for it before it was processed 😩then the clothes came see through and nothing like the pictures!!!

Disgusting Customer Service – False Advertising

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the way they have handled my order. The dress I received is nothing like the one advertised or the one I ordered. The colour is different, the neckline is much higher, the buttons are completely different, the sleeves have a flare that wasn’t shown, there are no pockets, and the side detailing is longer.

When I raised my concerns, rather than resolving the issue, the company has refused to provide me with a postage label to return the item. I am now left out of pocket for a dress that is clearly not as described.

It is absolutely unacceptable to advertise one product and send something completely different, then make it difficult for customers to return it.

I have never experienced such poor customer service and feel completely misled. I should not have to pay out of my own pocket to return an item that is not as advertised.

I am now considering taking further action to resolve this matter. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.

Ordered a blouse, took ages as I hadn’t realised from China. Awful quality, cheap nasty in a bag with Chinese writing. Emailed to request a return and refund . They Ignored 4 emails. Had to request a cash back through my credit card, to now be told I have to send back using a tracked service back to China. Presumably they would then ignore me again and I still wouldn’t get my money back ! I’d avoid at all costs based on my experience.

Sent the wrong item. Order deep U shaped body suit. Got a standard cup bodysuit. Complained. Offered a 20% refund no apology. Repeatedly got my name wrong in communications. Refused to accept responsibility or free return for refund. 100% would never use again

Similar to previous review, the item arrived very late from China and of very poor quality and in a different colour. I tried to return but the email on their website was not responded to, neither the phone. They only started to communicate (from a different email) when I raised a dispute via my bank. First stating it was too late to return, then that I had to return to China when the address in their website is Netherlands, then offering to pay a part refund and then refusing to refund anything back at all as bank had ruled in my favour. Such an appalling service! So stressful and hours spent trying to sort this out! I wish I would have checked here first. Maria

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SITE
I ordered a coat for my daughter. The next day I sent an email requesting to cancel the order after reading another review. 3 days later they responded to my email advising I could not cancel it as the order had already been processed. 3 weeks later I still have no coat and despite my numerous requests for tracking details they are no longer responding . I will now be requesting my money back from my bank and reporting as fraud.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Winkler Boutique. The product I received cost approximately £30, but the quality was very poor and far below my expectations. In my opinion, the product did not reflect the quality I expected based on its advertising.

When I contacted customer service about the poor quality of the product, I was told that I could only receive a full refund if I returned it to China at my own expense. A tracked return would cost me approximately £15, which is a significant amount considering the product itself cost only around £30.

I asked the company for a reasonable partial refund so that I could keep the poor-quality item and avoid paying expensive international return costs, but they refused.

In my opinion, customers should be aware of the return policy before making a purchase. I would strongly recommend checking where products need to be returned and considering the potential cost of international tracked postage.

They sent the boots I ordered but they are horrible material so want to send them back. They state they have a 30 day returns policy except no one will return my e mails so I can get the return address and the phone line is disconnected
