I actually came to Trustpilot specifically to leave a review because I had such a positive experience.

I accidentally ordered a case for the Oppo 8 instead of the Oppo 9 Ultra, but after contacting customer support and explaining the situation, they were extremely helpful and delivered exactly the case I wanted.

The metallic case with the removable back panel is also amazing. It feels very well made and fits the phone perfectly.

Really impressed with both the product and the customer support. Definitely a very positive experience!

J’ai commandé une coque de téléphone à 26,95 € (+ 9,95 € de port, expédition depuis la Chine). La qualité ne correspond pas à mes attentes. Winscase propose seulement 6,99 € de remboursement en gardant la coque, ou un retour à mes frais : 35 € depuis la France. Autant dire qu’un retour complet est impossible. Aucun accord trouvé malgré plusieurs échanges. Je déconseille fortement aux clients européens, surtout si vous n’êtes pas prêt à supporter des frais de retour bien supérieurs au prix du produit. Lisez bien les conditions avant de commander.

Arnaque/Scam

J'ai acheté 3 produits :
- écran de protection, sans de quoi le nettoyer ou bien le plaisir, évidemment résultat terrible. Quand on voit qu'à 2 euros sur Aliexpress c'est fournis, c'est quand même particulier...
- la coque de téléphone est tombé une fois (-1m) s'est tordu et m'empêche d'utiliser deux boutons. C'est quand même le rôle de la coque de protéger. Et en plus elle ne fit pas parfaitement depuis le début (le téléphone glisse dedans alors que c'est soi disant pour le bon modèle)
- chargeur bluetooth : non compatible avec la coque de téléphone alors que le design et la vidéo montre que c'est compatible. Mais bien sûr c'est écrit en tout petit au fond de la description.
Franchement des voleurs. Je me suis fait vraiment fait avoir

Cases are pretty okay, although some of them don't have a 100% fit and they slide easily of your phone (motorola razr). Contacted them to have it returned, but they have no warehouse in Europe so I had to send it back to China. That would cost me at least €21,- so that is no option for me. Customer service didn't care and on my "this makes me never buy here again", they answered "have a happy life". Weird, if you ask me.

In ordered a case for my Oppo Find X9 Pro. Its very nice and feels high Quality. Although the edge had a little bit of a bad shape, being compressed from a hard edge in the packaging. I contacted Wincase and they sent me a new one the day after. Very nice communication and support!

Lieferung und Ware sind perfekt. Nur der Fingersprint im Alurahmen funktioniert nicht so richt. Ist aber desweiteren kein Problem.

I’m not happy with this product. It broke after the first drop, which is very disappointing for something that costs $30. I also requested a warranty replacement, but they asked me to pay $15.99 for shipping, which doesn’t seem fair considering the product failed so easily. I expected much better quality

The case blocked signal and wouldn't wireless charge. I have tried contacting the company, but they haven't got back to me to organise a refund...

I bought the iPhone 17 pro protective case
When I returned from holiday I tried the case with my brand new iPhone 17 pro
The phone case is too small
I have reported this providing pictures as requested by their customer support team
I keep being fobbed off every though I have provided everything they have asked for including order number pictures etc all in within 28 days of purchase
As of yet they have failed to refund me or send a returns slip
I will persue this through my legal team as this company is misleading customers their products will fit iPhone 17 pro
I would advise anyone looking for a new protector case DO NOT BUY FROM WINCASE

One case was surprisingly good. The other was unfortunately nothing like it appeared online in the picture they provide.

They will only refund if I swallow the postage myself and the offer of a 4.99 is nothing but a joke

They haven't provided the products I bought. I will be contacting my bank to request a chargeback for the entire purchase.

My delivery gone to the wrong address and this company refused to redeliver or refund.
Do not buy from them. Extremely bad customer service.

Delivery company claimed the item was delivered where it was not. No proof of delivery was given, no photo no SMS no gps tracking, NOTHING.

I informed Winscase and requested a refund. They now claim they will "provide proof soon". And that the package has been "signed for" (lol).

So now they intend to forge my signature, they can't be real!!!

I don't think they understand know how consumer law works in the EU.

This is basically a borderline scam operation that turns into full scam when it comes to customer support.

Facebook is now full of these dodgy Chinese companies with no integrity or customer relations.

Very poor service. They offer a 30-day returen service, but the buyer has to pay the costs for the reture himself. The quality of the product is very poor and does not serve its purpose in any case. I give a very bad grade of -6 and will never buy from Wincase again. Awful. Marketed as an electroplated phone case. Cheap plastic with flaking paint. Plastic lens cover covered in scratches. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEY ARE 100000 PERCENT SCAMMERS! Sent me a temu product that did not fit! And refused to refund me. They emailed me back so unprofessional and was really rude and danced around the fact that they were keeping my money.. lesson learned is what I take from this DONT BUY!

This people are scammers and are selling products from Temu at crazy price !!!! Please don't fall like me 🤝

Took a long time for delivery and not clear that the product comes from china. £33 spent and the case is as cheap as they come. Horrible product

Product is NOTHING like advertised, cheap quality plastic, PURE SCAM.
