The service is reliable usually, however there are has been multiple cases of node failure and lack of response in tickets. The support is subpar and on multiple cases entirely unanswered. I tried updating tickets, and found that multiple of their lines of communication for support are down including their Email, Discord, and Livechat.

In the event of a system error or you fail to pay on-time your databases will be wiped irreversibly and your files will be locked from view until a technician manually replaces them, in my case which resulted in permissions being unset and having to redo all the permissions I had within my data.

I used Winstri back when it was still referred to as Emperor Hosting. While I no longer use them (for now), they're definitely one of the best hosts I've ever used. They have great support, good prices for servers, and high performance servers. I would highly recommend people to use Winstri for their hosting needs.

Honestly, the best service I have ever used got recommended by a friend and all the players who plays on my server are loving how reliable it is. Support is fantastic and is helpful with anything even something really silly they still help. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable game server hosting.

Great service and great support. Servers run amazing and some of the best for the prices, had a few issues where a bug with my
panel installation caused extremely high I/O usage but Nathan gave us a ping and assisted in helping us diagnose the issue. Customer support top notch, servers also amazing for the prices. Recommend Winstri to all prospective owners I come across

I usually never do reviews, unless something really stands out I most likely will never do reviews. Winstri Hosting, as weird as it may sound, they just have everything a fellah can need. Simply put, they are very helpful, kind, and will go out of their own way to make sure we, the customers, are happy. 5/5 for me.

Most servers are great but with the Minecraft one, it isn't the best you can get for the price.

By being a partner for a very long time with Winstri I gotta say that their team and services are amazing! Always quick responses and almost no downtime other than when they need to do some upgrades on the node but that is always for the better. If you are looking for a new host I would recommend Winstri without any doubts

Nathan at Winstri is a great guy. Any questions I have almost immediately get answered, not by some robot or a condescending BS answer, but real, personable answers. The server quality is also fantastic, low prices and quality is what I believe foremost important to them. I've used Emperor Hosting, the former to Winstri(I think a rebranding) and I've never had an issue, only great things to say.

You cannot beat their amazing prices and not only has this company been going through some major changes they manage to offer amazing services and of course fantastic and fast support.

I was reading over the FiveM forums and I came across this company. I tried it out for about 3 months then stopped due to my limited amount of funds I had. I just bought it again this day and it's amazing. Amazing friendly, and helpful support members and I would 100/100% recommend these people to anyone looking for good VPS servers for cheap!

I tried this out nearly a year ago with their standard $10.25 Plan it worked out amazingly I have used their Web Hosting as well so far I have honestly loved EmperorHosting the only bad things I have found is lack of locations but that is understandable I will still give a 5/5 Star Review due to the Great & Fast support amazing pricing and just because it is generally an amazing hosting company.

Very cheap, nice and all around good service. The web hosting is a bit bad, but if you don't use it for anything besides certain things, it's perfect.

Game servers are a 10/10 but the webhosting brings it down to a 4/5.

Great service! Best ever! Their VPS prices are great and run so smoothly for gmod servers. Best ever when it comes to prices even. Very fairly priced- now I will have to keep asking myself why I ever bought from serenity!
