We bought a second system as security due to severe weather in Florida,so that we have a back-up on hand. Our system has been working flawlessly for over three years now. I found the instructions barely adequate, but good enough to feel I could proceed with installation. However, no troubleshooting advice included, system is not working upon installation, difficult to know what is wrong.

I purchased a point to multi point that was on back order and it said possible 2 weeks out but I received it in less than the 2 weeks.
