Wisetap Reviews

Fast delivery.
The product seems to work great on iPhones, but is hit and miss with androids. So far the majority of androids have failed to connect, even removing cases hasn’t helped. I’m aware that the “tap” area is more in the middle of the phone for androids rather than the top for iPhones. I was going to get a second for my band website, but am holding off while I continue to test this one.

Our keyring arrived quickly, looks professional and works as described

My second time purchasing from WiseTap.
I ordered a website keychain, but Monika from the team emailed me to say they noticed it was an Etsy store- so they changed my order to fit what I needed. Very happy with all 3 items from WiseTap. Very useful!! Thank you!!

Excellent communication throughout. Initially contacted WiseTap to ask if they would consider making something more travel orientated due to my business and they did not disappoint! Delivery took longer than expected due to an error by Royal Mail but WiseTap communicated great and kept me up to date.
Love both my keyrings and will be sharing the details of these with my fellow colleagues.

Ordered mine, had a slight issue, resolved straight away. Great customer service and fabulous product, much easier than have to keep have my business cards with me.
👍👏

I am a business owner and bought a key ring that you tap onto someone’s phone to bring up whatever link you choose, i genuinely am obsessed, it’s the easiest product to use, the best purchase ive made in a long time. The key ring was bigger than expected which was a lovely surprise and makes it easier to stand out mixed with my keys, and the delivery took literally 2 or 3 days, so fast. Thank you very much I will be recommending to everyone and definitely buying again :)

I absolutely love my Wise Tap NFC sewing machine keyring. I placed my order and then panicked it wouldn’t arrive on time for my event, I emailed them and they went out of their way to get it to me on time. What amazing customer service!!! I run recycled fabric flower headpiece workshops at festivals and the first festival I used it at was Boomtown this year. When a customer finished their headpiece, I’d ask if I could take a photo and share it on my Instagram, then Id get out my magic Wise Tap sewing machine gadget and ask them for a follow. In a festival environment it was awesome, because they thought it was literally magic. It went down an absolute storm and I told loads of people where to buy them. I got 100+ followers from just one festival, which for a really small struggling business like mine is absolutely awesome. But….the big BUT!!! I stupidly lost it on the last day when I was packing down my workshop(I loose things a lot) I was absolutely gutted. I really missed it at my next festival Shambala. Without it I felt a bit cheeky asking people for follows, and festival goers (for some reason)can’t always focus on their phone screen, so I only managed to get about two followers.
I’ve just placed an order for another one, and I cannot wait for it to arrive, I have more workshops coming up soon, and I’m really looking forward to using my magic sewing machine keyring gadget. I would recommend getting one to anyone with a small business. And with such a friendly helpful customer service, I’d give them 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved that they contacted me to show me how the finished product looked, in case I wanted any changes before posting. Also, I had forgotten to put my link on the original booking, so they made sure to ask what link I wanted adding to the keyring. Brilliant customer service and high quality product. Highly recommend.

I recieved my order today - really happy with my purchase and free gift. Packaged well and straight forward to use - worked straight away

Absolutely love my keychain. The company designed it specifically to my wishes after being unable to fulfill it initially.

I can't wait to use it, it will save alot on business cards.

Excellent company. Fast shipping! Brilliant customer service 5⭐️

Such a great little gadget to help promote my business when I’m out and about! I stupidly forgot to attach the link to my Instagram page with my order and they sent me an email to get it from me along with a picture of the final design of my logo key chain and it arrived the next day.
Great service and great product

Delighted with our purchases. So much easier to share The Morpeth Apartment social media pages and direct booking link using the fobs. All the family have them now and better value than business cards 🙌🏻

Great service from start to finish, my branded keyrings look great and are so handy to promote the business. I’ve had so many compliments and recommended WiseTap at a couple of networking events recently. You won’t regret this investment :)

Amazing service and super quick too, highly recommend this fab company

Absolutely brilliant company! Couldn't be any happier, from communication to shipping everything was a 5 star service.
Monika made sure I was 100% satisfied with my logo on the keyring for my Instagram page the little adjustments was just perfect. Thank you so much

Great product but I have now ordered two keyrings, both have snapped off the keyring and have been lost. I loved the style of the keyring and it was a great feature to show people, sadly not hard wearing enough to keep on my lanyard.
I only had it attached both times to a lanyard, attached to my camera belt. Both times it had fallen off before the end of the day.

Brilliant service, i gave a tricky design and instead of just taking my money and doing what they wanted, they reached out to talk through some parts and we agreed on a design. Over the moon with them

Fab little device and a cool way to direct customers to your website rather than carrying business cards everywhere. Really good customer service fast delivery and great communications.

Really neat little gadget. Artwork on the custom key ring looks great, and a simple tap to the top of a phone bought up the links to my business! Really pleased with them, thanks ☺️
