I purchased the Wishbone Wagon for my first grandsons first birthday (2021). I can’t say enough good things about this company and the Wagon! The customer service is beyond amazing! The Wagon is an awesome design and the materials…from the wood to the finish (paint and clear coat) and the hardware…is top notch! It’s easy to see this company doesnt cut corners! The instructions, which are only a few steps, are simple to follow. The memories Ive already made with my grandsons in the Wishbone Wagon will be cherished forever and the quality of the wagon will allow us to add to those memories for years to come! Thank you Wishbone Designs!

The service is quick and responsive. The product is high quality. The design works as intended - helping kids learn to ride intuitively. The instructions are clear and the process can be restarted for those who don't read the instructions first.

Thought I was missing parts
I was concerned about the number of boxes that were delivered and thought I was missing some parts. I emailed the company with my questions. Within 15 minutes, they responded and answered all of my questions. (I wasn't missing anything) I have never had such a quick response time from any other company. Customer service rocks and so does the Mini Flip!

Nice Investment
Seems well made. Fun colors, attractive beechwood. My granddaughter at eight months liked being placed on it but needed to be supported by her Mom. She later crawled over and was playing with the wheels. It's an attractive toy and I am certain she will be jumping on it herself very soon. The toy for her age++ is very appropriate. She'll enjoy it for a long time.

Our mission is to pack massive play value into each Wishbone toy. The best way to make the most of your Wishbone Bike or Mini-Flip is to get it before your little one can walk. Mini-Flip starts as a gentle rocker to help a baby develop their sense of balance. Later, both Wishbone Bike and Wishbone Mini-Flip are great for learning to walk. After that, they're an exciting ride-on toy!

Hi Rob, We're glad everything's functioning well for you. We're truly sorry you found our replacement parts pricey. Just reach out if you need something in the future. We're can usually suggest similar parts available at your local hardware store. For example, our standard cap nut used on all Wishbone products is an M6 metric grade thread. This is sold at Home Depot and other hardware stores, as well specialist hardware boutiques.
