What a company they fantastic customer service and watches look great would recommend

I was very impressed with the quality of the watch vs the price. The watch looks like the picture and feels well made. It’s not heavy on the wrist which makes for a comfortable all day wear. I did change out my strap for a black one which made the watch pop even more

Let’s just begin with I own 60 watches. This is not a review based on limited experience with watches. I bought this watch at the same I bought the watch from another micro brand that prices their watches in same bracket as Wishdoit. I received theirs 1 day sooner and wore it to work and wore Wishdoit next day. The difference is night and day! The other guys: sharp edges, unpolished, obviously poorly finished and cheap watch! Wishdoit watch got dozens compliments on my wrist, and it felt as it should’ve been at least three times the price! Once again, I own 60 watches, can’t even tell you how many I owned in the past, let alone handled and had on my wrist! Wishdoit was the biggest surprise of all! I would highly, highly recommend and I will buy again and again and again just as long as they continue with the quality they provide as of right now! Nothing but compliments from me.

Watch arrived quickly and well packaged. Including a tool to size the bracelet. Which I did as soon as I unwrapped the watch from the protective plastic. Nice watch, smooth winding and setting time. Other than a couple of sharp edges, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered 2 Tonneau watches and both are looking very well and the quality look good too. I ordered a Captain Kidd Forged Carbon and it is light, the movement is skeletonized and the strap does need some time to break in, but is very comfortable too. The other one is a chronograph with quartz movement and you really feel the difference in weight. ATM the forged carbon one is my daily worn watch and I would not hesitate to order again. Prices are good. Shipping is not the fastest, but that is to be expected coming from China.

Fast shipping, very well-packed box that protected the watch and looks great, even comes with a little tool to adjust the band. For this price, craftsmanship is excellent, the watch feels substantial, and both Wishdoits I now own look better in real life than in the pictures. Buy with confidence.

Loved the watches from wishdoit and fell in love with the eternal earth GMT. I went for the rose gold version. Communication was great and I had full tracking details. When the watch turned up it exceeded expectations. Love this watch, how it feels and looks on my wrist. Highly recommend this company and will buy again in the future.

Je suis très satisfait de porter cette montre de WISHDOIT à mon poignet. Elle est très belle et les finitions sont parfaites. J'adore son cadran qui met la carte du monde en évidence ainsi que ses aiguilles qui s'illuminent dans l'obscurité.

Ce qui m'a attiré sur cette montre, c'est son boîtier en acier inoxydable en forme de squelette qui est tout simplement sublime et unique en son genre, ainsi que le fait de pouvoir lire 24 fuseaux horaires d'un seul coup d'œil sans avoir besoin de tourner la lunette des villes du monde, il y'a également le fait qu'elle possède du verre saphir qui est très utile contre les rayures. Et enfin, pour son prix qui est très attractif comparé aux autres montres GMT Worldtimer qu'il y'a sur le marché

Pour une prochaine version, je trouve qu'une aiguille des secondes avec une pointe rouge pourrait encore plus embellir la montre

The watch arrived quickly and it was as beautiful and well constructed as it appeared online. This is my fourth Wishdoit watch!

I recently ordered a watch from Wishdoit Watches and had a great experience. The watch is excellent quality and arrived very quickly.

The strap was damaged when I first unpacked it, although I think I may have accidentally damaged it myself during unboxing. Even so, I contacted customer support, and they immediately offered to send me a replacement strap. Their response was fast, professional, and hassle-free.

In the end, I received exactly what I expected. I'm very happy with both the quality of the watch and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Wishdoit Watches.

As an experienced watch collector, my experience with Wishdoit was extremely disappointing.

I purchased a watch costing nearly $500 and received a product with a severe rattling noise coming from the movement. This was not the subtle rotor sound commonly found in automatic watches—it was loud enough to immediately raise concerns about quality and assembly.

When I contacted customer support, I was asked for multiple photos and videos. After providing everything requested, including a one-minute video for their “technical team,” I was simply told that the watch was normal. In my view, dismissing a clear quality concern on a $500 watch is unacceptable.

The company prominently advertises free returns, yet when I requested a return, I was informed that I would have to cover the international shipping costs myself. For customers outside the United States, this can make returns expensive and impractical.

I was also surprised to discover that the watch shipped from China despite the strong U.S.-brand image presented on the website, and I was uncomfortable being asked to declare a lower value for customs purposes.

What bothered me most was that, instead of focusing on resolving my concerns, the company appeared more interested in challenging and flagging my negative reviews and comments across review platforms. I would have preferred to see the same effort invested in customer support and problem resolution.

If you are located outside the United States, I would strongly advise caution. Returning a product may be far more difficult and costly than the marketing suggests.

Based on the product quality, the handling of my complaint, and the overall customer service experience, I would not purchase from Wishdoit again.
