I contracted Wishpond for a 3-month marketing campaign to run Instagram ads and capture leads for my small fiber arts business. While they did run the ads, the execution caused more problems than it solved.
They repeatedly published assets to my live site and ads without my approval. Quality problems persisted (incorrect content, non-functional elements, and mismatched creative), and the campaign failed to properly sync leads into my Shopify store or deliver the promised Plant-Based Fiber Guide. When I raised concern about the quality, I was told that mistakes are to be expected.
After paying roughly $700 (plus additional ad spend), I ended the relationship early because I no longer trusted them with my brand. Small business owners should proceed with caution.

Contracted these guys via Persist IQ their subsidiary to contact 2000 contacts a month, the list was to be agreed. They went and did 1500 not 2000, did 3 months without checking with us, contacted a whole lot of hopeless contacts, wouldn't fulfil the extra they had missed, closed my account and refused a refund. Stay away from these people, one step off scammers

Spammers. Depsite several requests to unsubscribe they keep on sending automated marketing - I'd hate to use them to do this to my customers, worst kind of lazy "marketing" that does more harm than good. Clichéd content of the emails. Zero effort.

We've never interacted with this company previously and they just don't seem to get the message we're not interested.
