Quick and professional service technician. I love the internet connection we live in rural area and have tried multiple companies to get fast reliable internet and Wisper has finally fixed that problem for me.
Except for one glitch by an agent, everything was fixed within an hour.
It took all of 1 minute for Paul to sell me onto Wisper when he knocked on my door. Internet was less expensive than Cricket that I was using at the time, unlimited data with no slowdown, and faster speeds. It was a no brainer. Then the install was so quick and easy, and customer service was great. I can hardly believe I waited this long. I would definitely recommend Wisper.

The sales representative was kind and efficient. I was pleased at the ease of installation. The cost and internet speed are excellent. Overall great service.
The Service request simple, the install schedule appointment set within a short time, and schedule maintained. performance good. I'll await my service after storm season to see if service is maintained.
The day of service the service man was very nice explained what he'd be doing and went about his job.
So far my service has been good no problems of any kind.

From the first call to sales, to the installer at my house, the personal small business experience was superb! I'm saving $140/month compared to my previous service and lack nothing - plus the personalized service!

From the time I called to the installation, everything went smoothly. I live in an area where we haven’t had reliable internet since we moved here. Now we are able to stream our shows with great quality and without mindless buffering!
Service is reliable, fast and affordable
Cautionary tale…I got this service in rural Missouri in Oct 2023. For 2 years it was rock solid. The last 4-6 months my internet is down often. It’s always a “fiber line” severed in the area. This last time, it has been down for 2 days and as a work from homer, can’t have it. Wisper went from one of the most reliable to questionable service in less than 6 months. It’s time for Starlink.

Service is solid
I've had very few disruptions since activating my Wisper internet service. A far cry better than my experiences with both CenturyLink (Bonded ADSL) and Optimum (Coax).
My only real complaint is the price. $150/month for 400 mbps down / 30 mbps up is quite high compared to competitors - not that there are any competitors in my area. But as an example, Socket Fiber is ~$100/month for 1gig down/up, Optimum is $90/month for 500 down / 30 up.
So far whisper has been great I've had no shutdowns no slow speeds

I've been stuck with Wisper for several years now as they were my only option. I recently discovered StarLink and am so excited to be dropping Wisper!

* They did fix the issues of the internet failing every time the wind blew
** Constantly had to call to get internet speed fixed
*** They are not open on the weekends; meaning if you have issues, wait til Monday (despite them charging more than other providers)
*** They changed their billing to include "rental equipment" to increase the overall cost per a month (while enjoying your non-granular data from the router they're renting you; unsure if they sell this data...most likely do)
**** When you try to cancel, they put road blocks in the way; (1) You can only cancel via the "cancellation department" (2) this department has only one guy running it (3) If you try and submit a written request to cancel, via their website...they will not honor it (4) if you're unable to get in contact with the cancellation department, prior to the next billing cycle...they will not prorate...meaning they will charge you for a full month.
Get yourself better provider; this company has poor ethics and will try to nickel and dime you.
