Amazing insights and extremely easy to use

WAY too expensive. Charging by number of videos is ridiculous!! And now the snippet tool has stopped working. I’m going to have to move to another platform with a better fee model.

Wistia just works and doesn't drop trackers and advertisements on my customers. Much better than youtube.

I’ve been using Wistia for over 15 years now and my review process along with the delivery of our finished videos would be completely lost without Wistia . I mainly use it to share videos with clients for review, host my videos online, and track analytics, both on my site and my clients’ sites.

What I love most is how easy it is for my clients to use. There’s no confusion, no “how do I watch this?” emails...they just click and go. The analytics are super helpful for me and my clients to actually see how people are engaging with the videos.

Over the past 15 years, Wistia has just kept getting better. They are not just sitting on their software hoping people stick with them, they're always adding new features, making things smoother, and improving the overall experience. It feels like they really get what 'video people' like me need.

I have been a Wistia customer for about 5 years now. We use Wistia to embed videos on our website, our intranet, and share videos with targeted audiences. We host 1,000+ videos that are streamed for hours each month. Their team is always innovating. Whenever someone comes to me with a video need, Wistia always has a solution. I have been most recently impressed with their Record with Others beta feature. The quality is above and beyond Zoom, and we have moved all our remote interviews from Zoom to Wistia. They have top notch customer service, customer success, and support.

We use Wistia at our orthodontic practice and it’s been awesome. I've used it most for securely sharing videos with patients and for easily making screen recording videos.

My website person loves Wistia and we put videos on our site and get to check the analytics on which services patients are interested in.

The support team is super easy to get ahold of and has been helpful the one time I needed help. The editing features are straightforward and really helpful even if you’re not a video person.

It’s a little pricey, but honestly worth it for how smooth everything runs and for what you can do on the platform.

Any five starts are farmed here. Impossible to cancel service and buggy overall. Can't wait for March 2025, bad service providers like these are in serious trouble once we can one click cancel from the home page.

I like many things about the platform but be warned, they are a REALLY AWFUL company to deal with. Glad to have found out before we locked into a 12 month deal.

Most of the time I forget and naively make a new video and then there's always tech issues preventing me from downloading it.

I like Wistia and it's worked great with my website.

I only need a small amount of video hosting and I'm still able to use their free tier.
