Always interesting items, subscription boxes on time, and lovely people doing custoner service. I ordered a surprise box recently and asked for a theme of 'summer in a box' because it was my birthday and I'm missing summer working all the days in a hot kitchen - got the most beautiful box, so thoughtfully curated. I love Witchbox, they're a good company, always hapoy when I get a parcel through from them :-)

I love my witch box arriving. I love unpacking it and getting the surprise of what contents I receive. Its jam packed with great stuff. Always something substantial inside and lots of spells and witchy insights. Love it. Think it's great value for money. Always feel it's been packed with care and love.

Just resubscribed after a bit away, I forgot to put my discount on my order, emailed to see if I could still get one and received a refund for the difference, Flame and Flower Magick box is amazing, the smell from the box was beautiful, everything was well presented, quality items that I will definitely use, excited to do the spells that was included, so much information in the booklet you receive, I am so glad I subscribed again, very pleased

I've been getting these monthly boxes now for a good couple of years, and still I look forward every month to what is gonna be inside, and every month I love love what I get.

I love receiving my monthly witchbox and finding out what is inside and even as a seasoned witch the items are all really well thought out and picked with care and are great for seasoned and beginner witches I hope you keep doing what you do and I look forward to my box each month . Amazing box was so happy this time

I subscribed to Witchbox a few years ago when it was owned by the original owners, and was always impressed with the contents - handmade items, locally sourced wax melts, hand-bundled incense sticks, lovely packaged spell kits, well thought out hardback books, cute charms to add to a bracelet, beautifully printed, easy to read paperwork. The new owners took over and everything went downhill. One box I received was full of temu crap - a 'wand' that looked like a 5 year old had been let loose with a glue gun and some glass beads, a goddess 'figure' which I actually had one identical that my sister bought me from Temu, altar cloths that come up on Temu when done a reverse image search. The paperwork/booklets are so poorly printed, white print on black background all in the same scrawly font that is difficult to read, bundles of stickers that can be bought on shein/temu for pennies. I wish I could add photos to prove this but unfortunately trustpilot won't allow photos.

I did cancel after the October 2025 box as was so disappointed in the quality of the items and I no longer looked forward to the box of tat that would be shoved in the drawer or given away as soon as it arrived.

I'm a big supporter of small businesses and try to use when I can, but seriously, save your money.

No need to reach out to put things right. This review is a genuine account of my experience. The reason for the length of time of writing the review - I thought I had already reviewed this and as I have ADHD, things are usually 'out of sight, out of mind'. It was only whilst decluttering that I found some items from witchbox and checked to see if I had actually reviewed my experience. My review is fair and that of my own experience and opinion - as I said, boxes started being filled with poor quality items from Temu/Shein and passed off as being worth 'more than £30', which is nonsense. I understand businesses need to make a profit, however I'd rather have a smaller box of carefully chosen items of excellent quality, than a bigger box filled with poor quality items just to bulk it out and made to 'look more'. Other reviews also state the same, so perhaps start there to put things 'right'. I sent more items from the boxes to charity, sold on ebay for coppers or gave away than I kept.

Each witch box is a variety of different things, which are amazing to help you on your witchcraft journey. Every month I look forward to seeing what's in my box and every month is exceptional. I'd definitely recommend to anyone learning or interested in witchcraft.

3.5 star really. I ordered 2 boxes, a suprise box and a subscription box. I felt the boxes were worth the cost at the reduced price, the books they sent in the boxes were great and I loved them.

But I have cancelled, because I don’t feel this box is curated. I feel that there are a couple of items that are great items, but the other items are filler items. If the box was cheaper, I would have kept subscribing, but it’s around £32 and for that, I don’t think it’s worth the cost. If it was early£20’s it would be.

Please stay away from the Chinese filler items, like the spoon, keyring and cheap chest all of which are faulty.

The incense, book, spell kits were great. But it would be nice if the spell kits came in paper bags, there’s kits of little plastic baggies and I try to avoide them.

So it’s not a 3, it’s a 3.5 for me, but I can’t choose that option, so I selected 4 as I couldn’t put a 3 as that’s wouldn’t have been fair.

I ordered The 8 Sabbats Year Box from Witchbox a few days ago and it arrived in perfect condition this morning. What a joy ! It is so well thought out and put together. Everything is just beautiful. I really didn't know what to expect but I do know I was hopeful of good quality after seeing the subscriber boxes online. I can honestly say that my expectations were exceeded. I'm so thrilled with all of it. I wouldn't change a thing. I've bought from other places in the past and there's always the risk that the items feel and look gimmicky. With this box the quality of each item and the thoughtful way it's assembled makes it feel personalised and authentic. I have found what I've been looking for I will be back for sure.
