Excellent service
Great experience as they were quick to respond to a question I had about ordering a gold necklace instead of the silver one shown on the big sis, lil sis item. All sorted and all I had to do was click on a link via their email and my order was complete. Received within about 24 hours. The trinity heart necklace is exactly what I wanted for my sisters 60th. As explained in our email to you, your order was automatically cancelled as unfortunately, due to the new GPSR regulations which came into effect on 13th December, we are prohibited from sending items to Northern Ireland.
To facilitate dual access to both the UK Internal Market and EU Single Market, Northern Ireland applies certain EU product safety regulations – including GPSR.
We are really sorry you weren’t able to order from us and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
