Another name for Softbit Digital ???
This company also presents as Softbit Digital (the phone numbers match), and both responded to a job we posted on the Wix Marketplace. Cross-posting our experience here so potential customers are aware.

Let me preface by saying I hate having to leave a negative review, but I feel compelled to, given my experience working with this company. I contracted them for a particular job, writing custom code for a Wix site. After outlining exactly what I needed done, and highlighting the challenges with my request as I understood them from interacting with Wix myself - they assured me it could be done without any issues. The first red flag was when they launched the code directly into Production instead of posting to a Test Site which is standard practice with Wix. My first run-through and I noticed it was not doing what we had discussed. The next red flag was directly after this, I explained again, in even more detailed terms why the code was not doing what was requested, and they responded with a note assuring me they now understood but based on that would not recommend an additional budget of ~3x on top of what I already spent with them. I declined this upcharge and requested they continue with the original agreed-upon work. It didn't have to be fancy or have all sorts of bells and whistles - it just had to work. After lots of back and forth which required me to quality check the work myself each time - they were never able to get it to do what it was supposed to, and finally, they acknowledged and admitted that it was not possible given the constraints of Wix. I then researched on my own and found how it could work, but required utilizing an API Wix supported/recommended, but at this point way too many days had passed and I ultimately had to work around the original request so I requested a refund (partial or full - up to them), and outlined all of the back and forth with the developer so their project manager had full context. I told them very clearly I never got what I paid for, which they acknowledged, and simply needed some type of reimbursement back. They declined, and here we are, unfortunately.Sadly this company does not understand Wix and how it works very well, and their customer service is severely lacking. I recommend you steer clear of them, or at minimum be sure to NOT pay upfront for services not yet rendered because they may simply be telling you they can do what you need, but not actually understand if they can.
