I started using Wizard Sciences Oympic Rx about 3 years ago. When I first started using it I was incline pressing 150 lbs. After 6 months I was pressing 250 lbs. I have a ton of energy and recover quickly from my workouts. I have emailed customer service and they have always responded by the next day with great advice. I even ordered the Vortex for my dog who is having problems and he is improving by the day. It is great to see him doing better and better each day.

Purchased 7 bottles of the hair serum -2 from the website and 5 via a third party longiveity essentials- showed 0 hair growth after 7 months .

Customer service seemed to not give a damn just told me to get a hair transplant! And recommended dht blockers which can really harm health. Disapppointed with the after customer care you’re charging 138 dollars a product you better look after your customers which Ian and whoever he’s hiring seem inept at doing so.

Hair serum simply doesn’t work - the neural rx was good- the methylene blue product seems to have had the urolithine a removed from it which is a shame too.

Overall I think they need more science and evidence surrounding the hair serum because it didn’t do anything. They gave me a refund on two bottles I purchased in fairness but still a disappointment nonetheless .

Wizard Sciences is a case study in how not to run a company.

They aggressively market what appears to be junk science with an air of absolute certainty, as if skepticism itself is the problem. The tone is arrogant, the claims feel inflated, and there’s little meaningful evidence or transparency to back any of it up. Instead of engaging honestly, they lean into condescension—talking down to customers rather than addressing legitimate concerns.

The ozone-related products are especially concerning. Selling something with real potential safety risks while brushing off questions is irresponsible at best. At worst, it feels reckless.

Customer service only makes things worse. Unresponsive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to provide real support. Once they have your money, you’re essentially on your own.

Between the questionable science, the attitude, and the lack of accountability, this is a company that should not be trusted. There are far better, more honest alternatives out there.
