From beginning to end, my experience with Wizer Energy has been excellent. As an older client, I particularly appreciated the advice given & the absence of a " hard -sell" . A punctual, efficient installation was completed within two days, with minimal disruption. I can't thank the Wizer team highly enough. The panel installers, the electricians and the office staff have been so courteous, efficient & informative. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was just in time for the fine weather and am delighted with my solar " income". I would recommend Wizer Energy without reservation.

From the first contact with Martin Desmond through all the process with the Wizer team everything went smoothly. They took care of everything including the SEAI grant and kept us informed at every step and available to answer any questions. They did installation of a Solar PV Sigenergy system which has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend Wizer Energy.

Install was fast and the installers and electricians were knowledgeable. The whole process was quick and painless. Office staff were very helpful also. Very good experience all round.

We approached one company who proved unable to deal with our difficult roof. Not so Wizer. They showed great initiative and solved the problem with no increase in their already competitive price. Oh my goodness. From the very beginning of our interactions with Wizer energy it was a breath of fresh air.

Wasn't at all too salesy, very consultative and all about finding the best solution for us.

Once we decided, they managed to get us in within a month, bearing in mind we are in Killarney so we were delighted with that.

The team of installers were just so professional. They spoke to us in advance of when they needed to cut the power and as we work from home, they asked us when this would be done as to not impact our working day.

They worked around us.

They were also meticulous and left the place cleaner than when they found it.

From start to finish Martin and the team were excellent. From Shauna in the office, Gordon who did the site visit, the solar team and electricians - they were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time and were very professional in carrying out their duties. Panels were installed efficiently and very neat. The electricians on site were class and very helpful. I also got an EV charger installed as well as the solar panels and I am delighted with that also. Highly recommend and a few queries I had since install were answered efficiently.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Wizer Energy to anyone who is looking to get solar panels. From the start to the end of the process they were a pleasure to deal with. The installation crew were neat, tidy and efficient. It was also very useful that they handled the grant application for me. I recently used Wizer Energy to add extra panels to my existing install (my original installer had ceased trading), and I am very happy overall.

From the initial consultation with Martin, to the survey and finally the installation and wiring up, it was all pretty seamless. As someone who has had a fair bit of work under their house over the years, the fact that they left the place spotless after the install was very much appreciated. My only regret is not doing it sooner so that I could get the benefit during the summer of the extra panels :)

We had solar panels installed by Wizer last April. From initial contact with Shauna and her colleagues in the office to the day of installation it proved to be an absolute positive experience. Both roofing and electrical crews did a very professional job. They were efficient and courteous. Decided to accept Martins quote and had the system up and running within 4 weeks.
From initial consultation, to onsite survey to panel installation to electrical works, I honestly could not find a single fault with the work.
Extremely punctual, extremely tidy worker
( even vacuumed the drive after the panels installation , explained the setup and made sure I understood it.
Had a 16 panel east west configuration along with 16kw battery installed in May.
No electricity bill since and €169.00 in credit and that’s with charging an EV weekly.

From speaking with Shauna first day to meeting the surveyor and the staff that installed our system it was such a smooth process. The electricians and roofers worked so well together. Our system was installed to a very high standard and the men cleaned everything as they went along. We had to do no work when they left. You cannot see the cables that go to the fuse board as they chose the way with the least mess for us. It probably made their job harder. After getting a few quotes and wizer were a little pricier I am still glad we went with them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and all queries were handled with such professionalism. The equipment used is also sleek and does not look out of place.

We were new to the hole solar panel business We dealt with two other companies before Wizer . Only to find what the salesman promised , when the technical people came there was always a problem. WE were very happy with Wizer they overcame all the problems we had and there electrician Gerry was excellent . I took a star away because the installation took a long time, this was possibly a material problem. We are very pleased with the free standing solar panels maybe i will add a few more panels in the future.
