Este a 3-oara cand inchieriem masina de la aceasta companie de la aeroportul din Timisoara si mereu ne da ce masina vor ei. Ceri o masina si cand ajungi aici iti spune, dupa ce platesti, ca ei nu pot bloca o masina cand o inhiriezi din online😡. Data trecuta cica ne-a facut reducere ca nu am mai platit scaunele. Sa fiti mai seriosi un pic!!!!!

Vă mulțumim că ați ales WLC în repetate rânduri și apreciem faptul că sunteți clienta noastră; ne-ar face plăcere să discutăm mai în detaliu și v-am aprecia dacă ne-ați putea contacta telefonic pentru a clarifica situația.
Ne pare rău că aveți această impresie, însă dorim să clarificăm faptul că pe site-ul nostru și în confirmarea rezervării este menționat clar că garantăm clasa autoturismului, nu un model sau o marcă anume. Colegii noștri v-au informat despre acest aspect încă de la momentul rezervării, iar această condiție a fost respectată întocmai.
Tocmai de aceea, ne surprinde această recenzie, având în vedere că informațiile v-au fost comunicate de la început, iar clasa rezervată a fost respectată.
Vă mulțumim pentru feedback și sperăm că această clarificare ajută la o mai bună înțelegere a situației.

Am găsit la ei îmbinarea plăcută între profesionalism, prețuri bune, mașini noi și comunicare permanentă cu clienții. Am închiriat de două ori de la ei și nu m-au dezamăgit niciodată. Recomand cu plăcere.

Altid god oplevelse!
Vi bruger altid dette firma, når vi er i Rumænien (2 gange om året). Vi har altid en utrolig nem og gnidningsfri oplevelse. Bilerne er altid rene og nye. De henter og bringer dig til lufthavnen. Venlig service, vi vil helt sikkert anbefale dette firma til alle.
