Incredibly bad service
This company are incompetent but worse than that are unscrupulous.
Submitted a quote, which I paid in full then they requested another £72. When I questioned this they were incredibly rude and sent intimidating demands.

Dear Deborah,
We are committed to providing clear, transparent, and professional service to all our clients, and we are disappointed by your review, as it does not accurately reflect the facts.
On 15th January, you submitted a quote request and we provided a quote. You later realised that you required an additional service.
On 5th February, our team contacted you about the additional service and you replied confirming that you wished to proceed with it.
Following your instruction, we issued an invoice for the additional service. After not receiving payment or further correspondence, we followed up on 13th February.
At that point, you disputed the charge. We provided clear evidence, including your initial quote request, invoice, and email correspondence, all of which clearly outlined the services included in your original request.
We take great care to ensure our quotes and communications are fully transparent, with a clear breakdown of services so that clients understand exactly what they are paying for. It is unfortunate that despite the evidence provided, you have chosen to misrepresent the situation publicly.
We encourage you to review your email correspondences and reconsider your statements. If you have any further concerns, we remain open to discussing them in a constructive and professional manner.
WLS Team.
