I ordered a game, it's made of wood, great. I wanted to give it to a friend's child as a present but it arrived with a broken box squashed & frankly useless. very badly wrapped. Will not be using them again.

Minus 1* I would give if i could. Brought a keep sake for my baby box arrived battered, no official instructions apart from some on a tiny writing on a label on the packaging. The measurements where completely wrong in ratio to water and powder didn’t mix properly.

I believe They are selling FAKE products!

luckily I was not about to put my babys feet and hands in the solution so unfortunately £30 pounds well spent.. NOT! Ended up pouring it down the drain.. do NOT buy.

Do not use this company. They use false photos to advertise their products and then want you to pay for postage (to Netherlands!) to return it. I bought a 'build a den' pack for my son for Christmas, in the photos it looked fab, thick tubing and large balls to connect them together, sturdy and with lights etc. What turned up was basically a pack of drinking straws and air balls. Wouldn't even stand up! I asked for a refund, they said I could keep product and they would refund 20% of product cost, I refused. They then wanted me to send the item back, via tracked postage to Netherlands, which would cost more than the products cost! They are now ignoring my emails, so I will be doing a charge back via my credit card.

I ordered a PlayNest Adventure Mat × 1 (Order W18715) as a gift for my granddaughter, placing the order on 18/3. As of 2/4, it has still not been delivered, which is well beyond the stated 4–7 business day delivery timeframe.

There has been no meaningful update on the tracking information (Barcode: H01LFA0283013007, 4PX Tracking: 4PX3002582584951CN), which strongly suggests the parcel may be lost.
This item cost £37, and the continued delay and lack of clear delivery information are completely unacceptable. I regret not checking reviews before purchasing. If this is not resolved promptly, I will report the transaction to my credit card company.
Overall, extremely disappointed with the service.

Wish id read the reviews before I tried to buy from this company, same problem as others, still don't have the wobbly thing and they never reply to emails

No stars a shocking company ordered a flying fairy which arrived with a broken wing and was the cheapest looking thing I have ever seen and it doesn't work they don't answer any of the emails I sent will never buy of them again

BIG SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dinosaur head arrived and was of very poor quality and far too small head size. Emailed many times to get return instructions - no response. Complete scam - do not order from them.

To echo another buyer, I would give no stars if possible. I ordered the fairy wings for my daughter for Christmas and they arrived covered in some sort of grease/oil, to the extent it was leaking through the box. When I complained to the company, they simply suggested 'wiping it off'. No apology. They then offered a 30% refund or the option of returning it to Germany, but at my own cost, which made no sense for me financially. Absolutely disgraceful product and customer service.

If a no star was an option it would definitely be that. Take my advice and keep your money in your pocket do not order from this company. Ordered what looked like a really good fort for a child but what came was a box of small plastic balls and straws. Yes I said straws it was absolutely pathetic. The company will delay their reply to you and will then say you have gone over the 14 day refund stage.

Do not order from this company.

Ordered the glow fort building kit and a marble run as Christmas presents. The items took a very long time to come and the items were damaged. The fort building kit was extremely poor, the connectors were like straws and was just useless. The marble run was a knockoff lego set, all of the pieces were tiny and I don’t think it would be suitable for a 6 year old.
Their return policy is awful, you are given the option of getting a 30% refund or you can return the item. If you decide to return it you have to cover the postage back to Germany. Such a scam of a company.

Bought one of those dinosaur head things for someone that were all over instagram. Despite clearly choosing the right size, I noticed the transaction had gone through at a suspiciously different price too late. It's not the end of the world because I should have noticed sooner. Yet obviously their order system is flawed. What has particularly annoyed me extra was that the thing then arrived 2 weeks later than stated. And to top it all off it's TERRIBLE quality. Moments after taking it out of packaging and it's torn already.
I'm quite convinced this company is unfortunately just a scam.

Absolutely nothing like the product shown in the adverts, the sticks are flimsy and it's near impossible to build a 'fort' that is strong enough. Even very thin sheets put over the top made it collapse.
Every review is a 1 star which makes sense.

Bought fairy wings for my twins so £50 worth of them, they aren’t worth £5! Absolutely shocking quality, the instructions are useless, the lights are terrible. DO NOT BUY!

Do not ever ever ever buy anything from these con artist (.uk) haha yer it’s all from china and a very poor standard am trying to keep it clean but really disappointed

They don’t tell you the goods come from China. When you pay for the goods, the payment show up as being sent to Kurdo Hama-Amin. Wobblewink uk has a returns address in Germany and their customer service number is a German phone number

My packages arrived, having been shipped from China in very flimsy bubble wrap type covering. The package was torn when it arrived (very easily torn), the boxes containing the goods mentioned above were squashed, battered and not fit to give as gifts. The packaging was totally inappropriate for the journey it had to make from China!

I wanted to return the goods and repeatedly requested information on how to do this via the online chat and email and was repeatedly ignored. Eventually I received this response from them-:

“Please note: we can’t issue a full refund solely due to outer packaging damage, as boxes can be damaged during transit. A full refund/return approval depends on the condition of the items inside.”

Have you changed your mind about an ordered product? You’ll need to return it in its original, unused condition and within 14 days of receipt. Only products in good condition are eligible for return.

I had changed my mind and wanted to return them. The first package arrived 6/12/25, I told them that day I wanted to return them but they ignored my email, when they eventually responded to my many emails on 20/12/25 they refused to tell me how or where to send them to.

In the end, life is too short for all this hassle, I kept the goods mentioned above but did not give them as gifts for which they were intended. My grandchildren can play with them under my supervision when they visit me, but that will depend on how safe they are.

Be warned, I would not recommend them to anyone. Very dubious!

Ordered a duck bath toy which was meant to spray water and didn’t work, then a fort which was just cheap drinking straws basically and was very small, not sturdy enough to even stand on its own - absolutely shocking for £50!!

I ordered a baby’s blue light up toy on the 6th December I haven’t received it no communication with wobblewinks I cannot get hold of them but I want a full refund if I don’t receive it by the 22.nd December as it is a Christmas present for my grandson poor company can you please let me know how I can contact them will never use again I feel like I have been scammed
