Earlier today, 3rd September 2025 I needed funds to I had to place a withdrawal request of which was declined and i was asked to verify by writing out stuffs on a paper and holding my ID close to my face and all that. I couldn’t login anymore. I messaged support on what ridiculous claims were this and an agent (Pancuvirat) legit told me that “My winning was above my deposit hence why i was blocked”.

I have had good number of losses on this scam platform and now they’re coming up with this.

What are all these cheap allegations for attempts to steal my funds.

You cook up claims that suits you and write up here saying the decision is final. Which implies that, for every customer that has winnings over lost, this is the cheap allegation you’ll come with just to reap the user off.

Where then is the credibility? Your response are filled with lies.

I request for you to show to your regulator for transparency sake evidence of these malicious claims that you’ve stated over here.

If i have winnings than losses then that’s my luck and you have no right to use that as a basis for restricting my account with $101 inside. From my balance was where i played my last game, won and withdrew part which was paid and that was about 2 weeks back, and kept the remaining incase i want to play games at my leisure only to have needs for money and came to withdraw my balance only for it to be returned, verification was then requested of which i sent every details only to show verification failed and account blocked. Do not be deceived by the positive review seen here. They are obviously bought.

Their regulator is complicit to their SCAMMING ACT. I’ve sent several messages regarding the unjust conduct of the bookmaker they regulate for a month plus now but no response.
