Wolfpack in combination with Tranqusy…
Wolfpack in combination with Tranqusy is the worst. I cancelled an order the same day and within 5 minutes of placing my order, and was told it was already shipped. That was on March 29th. I still have not received the incorrect item and have no responses for either copany other than it is on the way.

Shipping Cost Issues
If you're making a purchase from outside of Ontario the shipping charge is likely incorrect, which will mean you end up getting emailed and asked to pay more which is a bit frustrating, espeically as I've had it happen a couple of times now. Also had an error when trying to pay the extra shipping. I want to support a Canadian site but the website issues make that challenging.

Terrible Experience
Would absolutely not ever buy from Wolfpack again. Ordered just a simple package of envelopes. They end up sending me items I didn't order, and then refunded me for them once I sent them back for some reason - leading them to bill me again weeks later. Absolute amateur hour, all just to buy some envelopes. Can't even imagine if my order had been large!

Better prices, Poorer Quality, Poor Communication
I normally order from Uline but wanted to try another company in Ontario with better pricing and it was not worth it. The website lacks decent product descriptions, the product quality is subpar and the communication is abrupt and unfriendly.

Not ordering again from them
Used these company for years. Now when you order items , the online site says free shipping at checkout . You pay then they hold your order until you pay shipping I’ve spoke to them several times and they agree that there is free shipping on my order but then they turn around and say I owe them shipping fee to get my order
During this nonsense I found another seller that sells for almost 30% less
