I was pleased I received my order so quickly. I am a retired shoe fitter. I used to sell Wolky Jewel at the retailer I worked for. Loved the shoe! The shoe is so versatile and comfy! There are so many colors to choose from ! My favorite color to sell was the red. My employer didn't carry the size 43 . So, this is my first very own pair. I love it and am looking forward to the summer ahead wearing them. Keep making the Jewel!

I need to return shoes and I cannot contact anyone to tell them that the promised return label has not arrived. I received many emails before the shoes arrived and now NOBODY answers the phone or does what they say they will do. I need to return the shoes as soon as possible and there is no one to help me.

It took about six weeks for it to be mailed within state. That seems like an awfully long time. I’m trying to return them now and I was told I would get something in my email, but I’ve yet to receive it. I thought this would be a supportive shoe, but it did not support any of my foot challenges.

Delivered quickly but shoes need to be returned because they are a little short. Love the shoes but can't find them in my size or color, anywhere! One shoe store in Wyo. will call at end of April if able to obtain size and color!

great shoes and easy order and return. The difficulty is getting the fit. I asked for advice on what size shoe to order based on what size sandals and boots I had from woolly and they told me 39 or maybe 40. I didnt believe the 39 and ordered 40 in three different style shoe. One 40 was too big and ankles were too high, one style was ok, but ankles were too high, and one size fit!. If I had ordered 39, 2 of the 3 would not have fit and maybe none.

Website lists size guide under "information" rather than making it more intuitive to find. Package arrived fast. Sandals fit well. I had a pair in the past. Very expensive, but they last forever.

I've been wearing Wolky Nimes for years and would have given each of my previous suede pairs 5 stars. Sadly they seem to only have leather available now and they rub the top of my feet painfully and require wearing heavy socks, That means I have to loosen the tops and then my toes are sticking out over the edge of the shoes. Unfortunately I wore them twice before realizing how uncomfortable they are which means I apparently can't return them. I'm very disappointed since prior to this Wolkys were the best shoes I've ever had... and I've had at least 4 pair. So I'm back to wearing my old ones which are several years old and looking a little trashed.
