Great customer service, kids are engaged, both digital and paper copies for volunteers. Love the communication with parents and volunteers, Wonder at home gives families time to replay what the lesson was about.

Easy to navigate and great Bible content!!

This curriculum is so user friendly for all of our teacher from toddlers to elementary. I love that we can import our own songs and that as admin I can curate what stays in the lesson and what we might not be able to leave in the lesson.
I would like to be able to have the verses in ESV as that is what our church uses and I would like to see a cohesiveness there but that would probably be the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

The way the curriculum is constructed makes it very easy to create a lesson. I enjoy the tutorial videos to help guide you through Wonder Ink. I also enjoy the way Wonder Ink emphasizes the Holy Spirit.
I do find a lag in service at the 9:00 hour, I was wondering if that was because of the volume of usage?

I really like the Jesus Family Tree program. We'll start teaching it next Friday.Hopefully the staff will enjoy a fresh approach to telling the Christmas story
One thing I found difficult was downloading the lessons without accidentally choosing the wrong lesson. Could you please write the series to which each lesson belongs in the title. It may be just that I'm not very good at computers.

The customer service is fantastic! They listen to feedback and make changes as needed.

I love the company, I love the program and the user friendly aspect. All of the kiddos at our church are loving it as well.
I would give 5 stars but they don't have an app for the family access, which would be AMAZING, I hope they add that feature soon. I also don't enjoy all the advertising emails they send. One advertisement a week would be more than enough.

Consistency for all ages is the greatest plus for us. Teacher training is great. The only part I wish was better is the age appropriateness of the Early Childhood curriculum, it is too advanced for 3 and 4 year old's.

Everything is done with excellence and well thought out. The video qualities are great, and the layout of the website makes it easier to learn. The only thing that would be nice to see is some worship songs that come with videos with actions as it really engages the early childhood group.

I like how all the ministry grades/ages align with the series and the series content. I also like the amount of resources provided.

What has been frustrating is learning how to navigate the website. It is more confusing than helpful to me. I would like to see this simplified. I think having a Series library and a lesson library is unnecessary and adds to the confusion. Instead I would love to see everything that you need in the Series library under each series... and in there you can access and download any of the series files you need for the overall series and also each individual week of that series content. it seems like WI is trying to do too much when it comes to the overall functionality of obtaining and tweaking and changing the curr to fit your ministry. I think less is more in this case, but this is just me. I understand you have to do what you feel God is calling you to do.

I would also suggest simplifying your wording in the lesson. I understand the heart behind calling your segments "Curiosity", "Belief", "Faith", and "Identity" but this seems to be just extra fluff wording that causes us (your customer) to have to take the extra time to explain what these all mean to our team and volunteers, instead of just calling them, "Small group" & "Large Group", and "Activities or Fun elements" (which people are more familiar with). Again I get the heart behind it, I just feel it is unnecessary and those words could be better suited to your philosophy and mission of WI.

The feedback we have received from our PreK teachers is that the teaching videos struggle to hold our kid's attention and hit them on their level.

I do like the biblically-based content throughout... this is a huge plus for us! Thank you for this!

I like the curriculum. The webpage is not so simple to navigate when using an iPhone. What I think should be considered resources aren’t there. Maybe I just need to keep poking around on the website and watch a tutorial

It is more fun and detailed curriculum. It is easy to teach to children and i love love the activities for kids.

Really love the flexibility of the program. We plan on ordering for fall!

It has revolutionized our children's ministry because it actively engages both children and parents in serving and worship. It stimulates participation and involvement as opposed to children sitting, listening and simply being bored spectators...

I purchased the Easter curriculum and although I loved the content, I was not a fan of the interface to edit the lesson. The interface wasn't as intuitive as some of the other sites I've tested out. I think if I used it longer, I would get used to it, but with technology these days, I don't think it needs to be that complicated. I had higher hopes for Wonder Ink.

I love how the curriculum is tailored to fit any type of children’s programming in any church. It speaks strong biblical truths in a way easy for children to understand. It encourages children to take ownership of their own faith and allows them to ask questions to strengthen their faith. It is also eye appealing and easy to implement with both pdf and power point options.

I had questions as to whether the trial lessons we had signed up for were still available. The two representatives I spoke with efficiently answered my questions and were very personable!

Great activities and ways of making the lessons engaging. The website has a lot and can sometimes be difficult to work through if you're only looking to use certain portions of the material but still really great!
It would be nice to be able to export the video from the website so having an internet connection wouldn't be necessary.
I love the experiential components.
