Impossible de retourner une commande en dépit de 4 demandes. Pas d'email, ni de téléphone pour les contacter. A fuir.

J'ai fait une commande début juillet sur wonderlamp. J'ai reçu un mail indiquant que ma commande de serait livrée en 2 fois. J'ai bien reçu le 1er article mais je n'ai jamais reçu le 2nd. Aucune réponse du "service client" car il n'existe pas mem après 5 mails et formulaires de réclamation.

Dommage de ne pas pouvoir mettre zéro étoile. Ventilateur de plafond acheté il y a plus d’un mois, commande annoncée comme préparée depuis 15 jours, et toujours aucun envoi. J’ai écrit deux messages sur le site pour avoir des nouvelles, un message par mail et un par messenger, mais aucune réponse. Je pense que c’est une arnaque. Par contre, le montant de l’achat a été encaissé par la maison mère espagnole, lamparas.es et impossible de demander une annulation. À fuir

Prefacing this review by saying the items ultimately got delivered and they seem to be in perfect working conditions (will update this review if anything goes wrong). However, the process of getting them was gruelling and filled with incompetence and an absolute lack of clear communication.

Bought a ceiling fan in late May. The order already took a lot of time, around 7 to 10 days, to process (a period through which, to see any updates on your order, you have to make an account on their site even if you bought as a guest). After it was shipped, it gets blocked for days in a French city. Contacting FedEx support reveals Wonderlamp has shipped our order in our correct address, but the WRONG COUNTRY. Kept the same exact address as if it existed in France, while we obviously filled it out for our country (Italy). Package gets sent back and WE have to contact wonderlamp support to receive any type of update. At this point it is already mid to late June and the only word we get on the situation is that they're working to resolve the situation quickly. As the days pass with no update, we start looking into european consumer rights and chargebacks for what we thought was an outright scam. We also leave bad reviews on their site, which get obviously deleted (though they had no time or clear channel to answer our questions about delays, reimbursments and the like).

Finally, on the 10TH OF JULY, we get unprompted notification of a shipment. This time is from the mother production company of our product. After 5 days it does get delivered and we're waiting for installment.

Overall probably not an outright scam, but undoubtedly a company with not a smidge of professionalism and everyone thinking of buying anything from them should probably reconsider.

J'ai acheté une lampe qui était moins cher sur ce site. Elle est arrivée cassée mais le service après-vente a tout fait pour la remplacer rapidement. J'ai reçu l'échange en 1 semaine sans frais supplémentaires. Je vais probablement refaire des achats sur ce site. Je recommande.

J'attends ma commande depuis 2 mois. Je viens de demander un remboursement. Je crains que ce site soit une arnaque

Enseñan fotos en su página web que no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. En mi caso foto de una lámpara blanco, llegó una lámpara chromado. Después se supone que el cliente paga la devolución.

CALIDAD PRODUCTO: pésimo, no tengo otra palabra, parece chino pero de los baratos
