Intelligent integrated system
Intelligent integrated lighting , security and heating system, takes a bit getting used to, quite efficient and hassle free once in place. Excellent direct customer support line for any assistance 7/24/365 (took care of me on Christmas evening). Future upgrades are exciting.

A system that was new to us
A system that was new to us. It took a bit of getting used to. As we learned how to control it we became more confident. The solar panels are generating well in December!

I got through to someone straightaway he was really helpful and got me sorted really quickly and was friendly and very patient with me talking me through and did not go off the phone until I was all sorted with my heating - definitely impressed with the service

James was so helpful helping us to set up our Wondrwall system on our phones. I am useless with technology and with his help we managed to get everything set up over the phone and on a Sunday, which was great.

Extremely Impressed
Any problems are always addressed quickly and staff are friendly and very helpful. For example, our hot water cylinder stopped working when we were away for a few days. When we discovered this we emailed support and a technician came out within a couple of hours to fix the problem.
We are extremely impressed with the service provided by this company.

They were quick to respond via email and go through the issue step by step. Sent an engineer to look at the issue in more detail very quickly, luckily I had a day off so I was able to be seen the next working day.

The customer support
The customer support from James Davidson at Wondrwall is fantastic had a problem with the water heater and even on a Sunday afternoon was there offering help.
It took a while to get to the route of the problem but James was there talking me through and checking every step .
When it worked he didn't just finish there he made sure it was ok for a few hours after checking in with me regularly

Fab service on a weekend !!!
James was absolutely brilliant when we had a problem on Saturday with our water!
He video called us and got it sorted then made sure it was heating up ok and we were happy with everything!
