Recently purchased a car at woo cars Southampton and the experience was great. The sales man I was working with is Ben and this guy went above and beyond finding the right car for me on the budget I gave. Stayed in contact through out the buying process and delivered the car to my home address.

Truly a credit to woo carz and will be recommending to others.

Amazing experience David went above and beyond to find the car I wanted for me . It took a while but he never stopped looking and finally found me a lovely bmw m140i . Would definitely recommend these guys at woo Carz to anyone 👌

Sold a Car with faults. You have to pay for the car before you receive it and put up with no customer service. Did not return phone calls. The car had gone back and forth with fault and was not fixed. Even though had 6 months warranty which was used for couple of things but not the main fault. Would not help with cost of taking the car too and from and had to fork out bus fares and train fairs and cost me a lot of extra. Luckily paid with credit card and got full refund under SECTION 75. Complete and utter disgraceful. Would never recommend this Car Toy Place. Buy a car from a respectable decent place and review the place before buying a car. Credit Card people were very helpful and saw all reports of an untrustworthy, unreliable car.

Wonderful from start to finish. I got my new car earlier than anticipated and I love it. Took my old car in px. I would highly recommend it.

I would gladly recommend Woo Carz to anyone who wants peace of mind while driving their choice car bargained with Woo Carz on the road. Its Woo Carz, and others follow; Don't say I didn't tell you!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I entered into a contract with this company for what was promised to be a high-quality vehicle, trading in my well-maintained Insignia B of the same model year. Unfortunately, the process was riddled with issues from the very beginning.

Initial discrepancies appeared in the condition report, but I was reassured that everything was in order and that the vehicle would arrive at their service center, fully inspected and prepared to the highest standard. That turned out to be completely untrue. The vehicle was never in their possession as claimed — it was sourced from an unknown location, arriving in poor condition: scratched, with damaged alloy wheels, and an unpleasant odor inside the cabin.

To make matters worse, during delivery the driver was involved in an accident on the motorway, further damaging the car. Upon arrival, he casually mentioned that one of the tires was replaced with a new one — as if that would justify the overall condition.

This level of service and dishonesty is unacceptable. I immediately returned the vehicle and terminated the agreement. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

Po siedmiu miesiącach czekania Woocarz dostarczył auto,podobno wszystko naprawione tylko nikt się ze mną nie kontaktował. Żadnego telefonu, żadnej wiadomości. Zostawili auto pod złym adresem a kluczyki i dokumenty wzucili do sąsiada obok.Tylko ten dom jest pusty bo starszy pan jest w szpitalu od dłuższego czasu. Zamuwili specjalistę do dorabiania kluczyków który zjawił się po tygodniu. Dorobił kluczyk i chciał żebym jeszcze za to zapłacił. Kpina.otwarlem w końcu auto i zrozumiałem dlaczego tak podrzucili auto i zrobili numer z kluczykami.Caly środek zapleśniały, śmierdzący stechlizna, brudny i na dodatek zniknęło z auta kilka zeczy które były w środku. Próbowałem się zkontaktowac z Woocarz, z bankiem i wszyscy chyba uważają sprawę za zamkniętą bo nikt się nie odzywa. Piszę, dzwonię i nic. Kompletna ignorancją.Siedem miesięcy czekania, opłacania kredytu,ubezpieczenia, road tax i wszyscy to mają gdzieś. Tak traktują klientów. Dla nich liczy się tylko kasa. OSZUŚCI, KŁAMCY I ZLODZIEJE!!!

I repeat the post, I do not recommend them, these scammers have been repairing the car for 4 months and they only convince me that they are looking for a fault since they have papers saying that the fault is the head gasket, I sent them all the papers from the mechanic and a video of the test and they still do nothing and I have to pay for the repair. And they write that it's not about their company, but only with your company there are problems

From initial phone call to delivery was exceptional. Aaron gave a 5 star service which is hard to say when coming to car dealers. Great customer service would definitely recommend.

🚨 Warning: Do Not Trust Woo Carz! 🚨
I need to share my experience with Woo Carz to protect others from going through what I’ve faced. Their practices are shocking, and their disregard for customers is unacceptable.

I bought a 2016 Fiat 500 from Woo Carz, thinking I was getting a reliable car. What I got instead was a nightmare.

The car had serious faults from the very beginning, including:

A defective gearbox control unit.

A worn clutch and flywheel that need replacing.

Handbrake cables in poor condition, and more!

These issues were hidden when they sold me the car, and Woo Carz has done nothing to fix them.

They even refused to honor the six-month warranty!

It gets worse.

Woo Carz took the car to a garage that doesn’t even exist anymore and never returned the car to me despite my repeated requests.

They’ve ignored my emails for weeks now, clearly hoping I’ll give up.

But let me be clear: I will not quit. Sellers MUST be held accountable for the cars they sell, and customers deserve safety and honesty.

This whole ordeal has caused me:

💸 Financial strain: I’ve had to borrow money and buy a replacement car just to commute to work.

😤 Stress: Their refusal to respond and fix the situation is exhausting.

🚗 Risk: Without a reliable car, my ability to work and drive safely has been compromised.

💸No Car, No Money: Now, I have no car and haven’t received a refund for the money I paid for it.

Woo Carz’s actions are dishonest, harmful, and a danger to anyone buying a car.

I want to warn all of you to stay away from this dealership.
