I placed 2 very last minute orders. And both were made and sent that day so they arrived the next day. The letters were perfect! I contacted them via the chat to check before ordering if they would arrive in time. Prompt reply and very friendly and helpful.

I bought a range of MDF shapes. Delivery was very quick and well packaged. The shapes are really good quality and well cut with no rough edges. Most other MDF shapes are 2.5 to 3mm thick, but these are 4mm so feel really sturdy. I use them for art projects and they are really nice to paint on. Will definitely be buying more in the future, particularly the dinosaur shapes for my granddaughter to paint!

The letters were very well made and better than we had hoped for. The customer service was also amazing so I guess it was a win win for us. Great product and great service.
