Wooden Windows Reviews

Bought some doors off WW and have to say the quality was outstanding along with the service. Better still was the service when I had an issue with the lock mech. A couple of photos to them as proof of the fault and a new mech landed at my door the next day. Great service all round, thanks!

I needed to replace an old, warped, solid, ugly wooden door. So I measured up and used the online designer on the website. The door arrived as promised and really well packed. Beautiful oak, mm perfect. I oiled it with Osmo Oil. I knocked out the old door and frame. Put in the new one. All done within half a day. I’m an accountant with basic DIY skills - you really can do this! The door is simply beautiful. I have spent a lot of money on my renovation this year and this door is the by far the best money I have spent. Great friendly company to do business with.

I’ve bought a number of windows and doors from WoodenWindows.com and can honestly say I’ve been delighted every time with every aspect of the service. This starts with the website itself, where the design software is simple, intuitive and forgiving. Then the delivery process is well-documented, prompt and stress free. Finally the joinery is excellent and everything functions really well (in terms of draft and weather proofing) right down to the included ironmongery. I’ve had units in both softwood and oak and it’s all been better than I might have hoped for. For example, my very experienced bricklayer asked me who I was using for my joinery now, because he’d like to recommend it to a colleague. The support is great too, with customer service sending me a sill where I’d accidentally omitted it from my order.

I found the Wooden Windows company when using Google to search for a replacement front door & window for my porch, and I am so glad that I did!
I used their door and window builder App to design the door and window that I wanted, but felt I wanted to see their products before actually ordering, so I visited their showroom in Stoke on Trent. I found that their products are well designed, and the quality is excellent too. I was made to feel welcome by a member of staff called Leon. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about their products. He also subsequently helped me through the final design and ordering process (via email) and made some very useful suggestions, which I used to end up with an even better design. These included some manual tweaks that cannot be made through the App alone. I am very happy to recommend the company and as other reviewers have said the customer service is excellent, and unfortunately that is such a rarity these days.

Very happy with our experience with Woodenwindows. Any queries we had were answered promptly and they were efficient. Quality very good. Window arrived when it said it would. Would recommend using this company.

We wanted quality windows and are so happy we chose Wooden Windows. Nothing was too much trouble for our contact Leon prior to placing the order. I asked lots of questions and Leon responded extremely quickly every time with clear and precise advise. I would highly recommend Wooden Windows

Had enquired with several local companies, with no success. Decided to email this company and the response and help from Leon was second to none - so refreshing nowadays. Would definitely recommend.

Great website that's easy to use and has all the options there for you to design exactly what you're looking for.
Leon was a great help and was more than happy to spend time discussing my order.

Andy at Wooden Windows has been so helpful with any queries, questions or issues.
I bought French doors and a window, the products are of high a quality, although, apprehensive about buying a product unseen and one to assemble, I have to say all my fears were unwarranted. Amazing product and service from start to finish.

I have had several conversations with Mathew Burton in relation to a new development for which we are considering your windows and doors. His, and your company’s response and helpfulness is second to none. Absolutely great and very much appreciated. Thank you.

Excellent value and service, my go-to for windows. Why would you use plastic when such a great product is available at a great price and quick delivery from these guys.
Technical help on bespoke orders that can't be made through their window-builder web app is also brilliant.
Thanks to Leon Nuttall and all at Wooden Windows for a great job!

From the first point of contact, Leon was extremely helpful and answered all my queries.
They delivered a high quality product and on time.
I will definitely be using in the future!

I’ve been in Buisness for 38 yrs & have always been loyal to tried & tested main stream builders merchants. However since the run up to the first lockdown,
I (& fellow tradesman) due to shortages, have had to source materials from other stockists.
After searching the internet, I came across wooden windows. The site was so easy to navigate ( I’m not a tech chap) which was the first plus. I placed my order & the items arrived in the timescale stated. On receiving the windows I couldn’t fault the workmanship of the build, hinges or handles.
My next order wasn’t a straight forward one so I contacted them to discuss my requirements. I spoke to a chap called Leon. Theirs one thing of the product being of great quality but I also expect equally great service, Leon excelled in this. I spoke to Leon several times as the client changed their minds & it was never a problem.
I’m not someone who gives recommendations lightly as my standards are very high & will only recommend if they are equal.
Wooden windows are one & Leon is a great asset to the company.

Couldn't be happier with the service received from Mat and his colleagues at Wooden Windows.
Super, easy to use website.
Communication exceptional, delivery exceptional, windows exceptional quality and price.

I used this company more than once. Very helpful and great value.

I get the kit windows which do take a little time and care, but are actually very straightforward to install.

I will be using them again as I am really pleased with the product!

Highly recommend Wooden Windows.
Their customer design site is very easy to use. Leon Nuttall our sales consult was knowledgeable and helpful. He understood my requirements made the process of buying from Wooden Windows an easy task.
Delivery was spot on and the driver was most helpful.
The local carpenter we used to reconstruct our old enclosed porch, said he was impressed with the quality of the windows.
