Beautiful Armchair but with two flaws
The armchair is beautiful but there is a tiny cut in the side of the armchair and half of the leather on the chair is very rough and it looks like there is coating of some sort on it .. I have contacted Woo. Design and sent photos dand they were very prompt in their reply and they have referred the matter to another department but I haven’t heard from that department yet.

Quality product, but long lead times
The product choice is unique and good value. Delivery was delayed however, so I was months waiting for my order of some side tables. But on arrival, they were lovely quality.

Product broken on delivery
The product (2 hurricane lamps) arrived with glass broken. The company were unable to replace these and a refund was applied however this was disappointing due to careless packaging

We’re very disappointed by this one-star review.
The item was damaged in transit, and we issued a full refund immediately upon receiving photos — without hesitation and without dispute.
Despite our additional protective packaging, the lantern is extremely fragile and easily damaged in transit. For this reason, we decided that issuing a full refund immediately was the safest and fairest solution.
Given that the matter was resolved straight away, we do not understand the reason for a one-star rating.
Delivery arrived early and customer service was responsive.
I ordered a Vigo Side Table from them a few weeks ago and was informed that delivery would take six weeks. I was pleased to wait. However, the delivery arrived early in just four weeks. I contacted their customer service on several occasions and found it very easy to connect with them. They provided me with precise updates including specific delivery dates. The product quality is excellent. The table was straightforward to assemble and the instructions were clear. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.
